My stay here was fantastic! The farm is very peaceful and relaxing. Originally I had planned to stay at a different campground but the flooding redirected me to Stockmans Camp. The grounds are well cared for, the staff was super friendly and helpful coming out to chat and tell stories and the facilities are clean. They have showers, toilets, a d recycling onsite. The tents spots are nice and grassy with lots of room. They even had a small refrigerator and microwave and two hot plates in the cooking area. The horses, sheep, and cows make a for some fun entertainment. I would definitely stay again! The price was very reasonable, $20 for one tent with one person.

One of favourite places to stay so far in our 18 months of touring. Darren and Cathy are fabulous hosts and this is a great place to camp up and enjoy what the region has to offer. The pub in town is also a must while here.

Great place to stay a night after many nights of bush camping. Camped on what felt like lush lawn, with big shady trees nearby, hot showers, and peacocks wandering around. Could easily have stayed a couple of days. The owners also run the Buchan pub and we had a good Parma here. The caves tour was worth doing.

A great area with great amenities. Friendly staff/ owners. Great rates. Friendly animals. Well equipped (unfortunately no laundry facilities that we saw) toilets are clean & well maintained. Showers are nice & warm (unfortunately needs abit of a shelf or more hanging space for stuff while showering, drains kept blocking up)

Fabulous stay on a beautiful property with lovely owners. Lush green grass, chickens, peacocks, ducks and views for ages. No water connection but camp kitchen, showers and toilets. Couldn't find a laundry but there was clothes lines.

Highly recommended! Darren and Cathy (the managers) made us feel welcomed and cared for. Darren kindly provided us with a campfire pit and firewood, which made our arrival so much more interesting. The camping area itself is out in the open, with views of the cows. But thankfully the place wasn't affected but the surrounding bushfires, so it is pleasant.. Great amenities, there is a kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and you can take hot showers which felt like a luxury. Only 7 minute drive to buchan and the caves. Lakes entrance is also 45 minutes away if you want to spend the day at the beach.

Darren the bobby dazzler host. Great camp, great roads, great refreshments. Country hospitality at its best. Buchan pub good fare. Peacocks were almost welcome alarm.

Great place to stay if you are camping. Lovely rural setting, wake up to nature sounds. All facilities that you need.

Recently visited this beautiful park with a group of our friends. We all had a fantastic relaxing time. Loved the farm feel, ducks, sheep, cows, and horses. Amenities spotless. Owners very welcoming. Definitely will return again.

I went with a friend of mine on a trip to Buchan to visit Buchan Caves and nearby Attractions and Walks around and over the Australia Day Holiday Weekend. She chose The Stockmans Camp, which is a FarmStay, which offers Cabins or powered or unpowered Camping Grounds sites. We chose a non-powered site. We were booked for about one week. On our 3rd day there it rained and our tents were flooded. We were kindly offered to relocate to a shearing shed to stay until we could dry out our tents or alternatively offered a cabin at a special/reduced price. We chose the Cabin and the price was extraordinarily discounted. My friend bogged her car while there and Cathy helped us to get the car out. When we stayed in the non-powered site, we did have access and used the Kitchenette which had a table, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and unexpectedly, a fridge, where we were able to store our food and drinks, which meant we didn't need to use our esky and get ice every day. Cathy and Darren, and some support workers we met there, were great hosts, very helpful, understanding, and made our stay a very pleasant one, considering it rained and we found ourselves unprepared. The Cabin in which we stayed for 2 nights while our tents dried, was clean, well equipped, and was a great experience to have had. The Camping Ground has communal hot water showers and toilet facilities. This was my first ever Farm-stay experience and I highly recommend this over normal Camping Ground stays.

Came here for a last minute stop in on our way to Mc Killops Bridge as it got late, ended up staying 3 nights and just did a day trip to the bridge and into Lakes fir the carnival. Beautiful camp and lovely hosts, so kind and welcoming. The camp is green grass with plenty of room for kids and their bikes, quick drive to Buchan township and the Caves Reserve for a bit of swimming. Saw the show today and it was a hoot, lots of information and whip crackinf! Will definitely return.

What a hidden gem, suitable for all ages, whether it be rolling out your swag, parking up your caravan/camper or just there to watch the show. Fantastic venue with wonderful hosts. Thanks again for our stay!

A great place to take your caravan or camp. The cabins and accommodation look amazing too. Friendly hosts and a great farm experience so close to Buchan Caves reserve.

It was great, there were only a couple of other camper's there at the same time so it was very peaceful. Good clean facilities and dog friendly.

Absolutely beautiful property and lovely people, also be sure to check out the local pub, she is a ripper good country feed and a good price and the best outback service you can get!!!
