Melbourne Pathology Balwyn North

I don't go early in the morning I wait until 10 and it's not busy. It can get busy. Sue is wonderful and the best blood taker I've ever had. She's incredibly nice and sensitive to my mental issues with blood draws. She's super.

I have been going to Melb Path for a number of years (inr test). And to many locations but primarily in Balwyn North. I have found Susan to be the ultimate professional. Susan is a caring and most helpful person. Unfortunately, when a person goes and has their tests done times can vary, can be quick or can be complicated and take a little longer. Susan always apologises for the wait that may be encountered but really not her fault. On the notice board there are listed other close by collection offices of Melb Path with a recently opened clinic on Belmore road as well as the bigger clinic in Deepdene. Well done Susan you do a great job. See you when you are back from the Christmas/New Year break. Also I should mention the team at Deepdene who do a great job and the newly opened Belmore Rd clinics. Great pathology. The staff makes the experience comfortable. It's in a nice clinic too. Definitely come here if you need your blood taken.

They quite literally told me to go to another pathology branch when this was my closest one. Nice! Now instead of a 1 minute walk to get my blood taken, I have to waste my petrol!

Waited for one and half hour from 8.15am to do the 10 minutes blood test. Normally go to boxhill pathology and takes 10minutes only. But this time thought to go to the local pathology. And also this medical centre haven’t even update my GP new address. Spoke to the staff at the GP and he has already send out the paperwork to inform them and it is the medical centre to update their database.

The pathology lady is the slowest health care worker I have ever seen. It would take more than half an hour to get blood test. Each time I come here I wait at least an hour. I won’t come here again. It’s annoying.

Ridiculously long wait. Gave up after 1 hour. There were only 4 ahead of me.. Sooo slow.

Horrible! The staff takes tooooooooo long time with no respect to other people waiting outside.
