Jarrod and his team are amazing- even the desk staff are brilliant! I had such a quick interaction this morning amongst several others- came back several hours later and desk team not only remembered my name but also my dogs name. Thank you so much.

Emergency cockatiel appointment. staff where so supportive and very open and honest about my options for our bird. (Odds off all situations having amputation done at clinic. option going to Melbourne for avian specialist etc.
ended up having surgery and follow up care done on the spot surgery was fast due to emergency. follow up appointments daily pain injections and 3 week follow up. staff always happy to speak on phone for any questions advice.
not a number its about each individual pet and owner. by end they new our pets name gerorge by phone call and visits. all nurses and vet team where best support to our family.
on last appointment all staff was so excited to see how he was doing and how far he had come cementing how spoilt our George was and how lucky he was to have us.

George and his friend Casper attached and him learning to move and use their day cage playing with his bell even tho he had his cone still after surgery then George 4 weeks latter on his pillow they come out on several times day ,:)

Thank you to the amazing and compassionate staff who cared for my gingerbear Wilbur over the past 3 years. A big thank you to Dr Jared who often copped my boy's grumpy mood and displeasure of the car trip yet managed to remain calm and extremely caring offering the best advice. We have had most of our cats visit this practice both at Trafalgar and Newborough and have always felt confident with the care and advice. Sadly my 17 year old boy Wilbur was ready to go to Rainbow Bridge 2 weeks ago after 3 years of health issues and we were blessed to have Dr Alinda gently assist him. I cannot thank both Alinda and Practice Nurse Sandra enough for their professionalism, compassion and kind words on that awful day. We will continue to take our remaining furbabies to this wonderful clinic.

5 stars feels too low, and the character limit is definitely not high enough for me to leave an accurate review. Highly recommend this clinic for all your pet needs. Their care, understanding, compassion, and treatment is beyond amazing. Definitely no comparison to any other vet I've ever been to over the years. We are very lucky to have this team in our community.

Excellent staff who worked around the clock to save and monitor my kitten who was clinging to life.
I owe them more than five stars to say the least.
They were so warm and understanding I will always recommend them.

On Thursday we took our beautiful Red Heeler (Jipsy) 11years old to the clinic, she wasn't well for a couple of days. This was our first visit to this clinic and was extremely happy with Jonathon (the Vet) and the wonderful staff. I would recommend Trafalgar Veterinary Centre for anyone looking for gentle, caring people.

Tried hard to get our boy into our vets we use, but not open until the 3rd of January. Makes it hard when your baby can't walk. Rang Traf vets, and they were absolutely amazing, even though we have never been there. Booked us in at Old Newborough, and now we have very happy walking blue boy. Thank you so much 💓 💗 🐾🐾🐾🐾

The staff are great. Really caring. Our little ones are very well looked after. I can't recommend Traf vets highly enough.

The vets and nurses at the Trafalgar are so caring and understanding I'm am so grateful for them accepting me and my fur babies into their practice even though it was under bad circumstances I am glad Jarred saved my youngest boy Td

The Vets at traf/newborough are the most compassionate, kind and caring I have ever known.
In the short time Rosie our kitten was seeing them- who sadly was born with a very severe heart condition-I would receive pictures and updates on how she was going all hours. I have received the utmost professional advice and care through her very short journey (and very short time actually seeing them-only less than a week of her 2 month journey)

Sadly, I had to make the tough decision last night to have her euthanised as her pain and suffering was too great.

After her passing, late at night, I receive a message from Dr Alinda Zhang sending her sympathies. I have never received such amazing support from a vet clinic and I want you all to know-the vets, Kerrie, Alinda & Dr Jackson, the nurses and other staff involved- that you are all amazing and I greatly appreciate everything you have done and the compassion you have showed Rosie and our family.

I can not recommend this clinic enough. Nor can any review fully relay how truly grateful I am for care they have provided. I will now never see any other vet. Thank you all-from the bottom of my heart-for taking such good care of my sweet princess Rosie.

Had an amazing experience today with Dr Jackson & the team. My Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog is extremely reactive and has the potential to be fear aggressive. Jackson was extremely compassionate & did everything possible to make Winnie feel comfortable. The team are so onboard with accomodating reactive & anxious dogs and we are extremely grateful.

Fantastic service, care and compassion is outstanding.
If you need a great vet I highly recommend using them

Always caring, great advice, I have a very senior cat, I feel his heath is managed very well by the vets and staff. Taking the time to answer all my questions and also waiting for my senior cat to hop out of his carry crate in his own time. He’s gone from being quite timid and apprehensive with vet visits, to allowing vets to give him check-ups, with out too much fuss. Trafalgar Vets Get my Thumbs up.

Fantastic caring staff, amazing excellent service, they dropped everything to come in after hours to help our sick puppy even though we had never been there before. We couldn't be happier and will always come here from now on.
