Great place to stay and very secure. I stayed here for 5 nights with my small dog and a friend joined me as well. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need in a good location. Fully fenced small front and rear yards. The cleanliness was very very good a 10 out of 10 for me. I would highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Mildura.

I highly recommend 112 Olive apartments. I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Vogue exec apartment. Absolutely beautiful, a home away from home. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Being on my own I felt very secure with a security gate at both the front and back entrances. Lovely linen and towels and very important to me a very comfortable bed. Having a courtyard at both the back and the front was great as my little dog was travelling with me. The owner was lovely to deal with for the booking and confirmation process (I booked direct). It was a very cold day when I arrived and to find the heater had already been put on when I arrived and the apartment was lovely and warm was very much appreciated after a very long drive. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was going back to Mildura. 10/10

Lovely place and a very convenient location with most POIs, cafes/restaurants/riverbank at walking distance!
The hosts were also very responsive and instructions were perfect!

My wife and I just spent 2 nights at Olive Apartments.They are very nice,quiet and comfortable.Fully equipped good for a long stay with large tv with Foxtel.Easy walk to main shops and restaurants.Undercover parking and private outside areas to sit and relax.

Beautiful apartment, very well appointed and pet friendly. Lovely chocolates on arrival and air conditioning on when we got in (heat wave conditions outside). The beds and lounges were comfy, the kitchen with dishwasher was great and has everything you need. The washer/dryer was really useful and clothes dried outside super quick on the line. The two courtyards (front and back) were ideal for the dogs. Great location and central to everywhere we had to go on our visit. Would highly recommend staying here and if we’re travelling outback again would definitely book in at the Olive Apartments.

A great place to stay with our Scottie Mia - very central to the cafe and restaurant area in Mildura. The unit is well renovated and equipped with all that one needs for self catering. The unit also has a private rear courtyard and a small front courtyard as well. It is also close to the wonderful parks and walking tracks along the Murray River (Dogs on Lead) and close to a fully fenced and secure off lead area- one for small dogs and one for larger dogs

Great location very close to everything. Had a most enjoyable stay. Very clean & tidy. Will certainly stay again when we come to Mildura

What a phenomenal apartment and thoughtful experience. The hosts even go to the detail of having spare washing powered, salt and paper, dishwashing liquid and oil for cooking. This place is a must stay for the peace and quiet, allowance of a dog, and proximity to the city. Thanks heaps for such a relaxing and carefree experience in Mildura.

We were lucky enough to snag an Easter booking at late notice. The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean, has a dishwasher, very comfortable beds, huge tv and a folder containing a lot of helpful information. Location was central and within walking distance to the main street containing bars and restaurants. Also, dog friendly which was fabulous. Dealing with the host was very easy and I would highly recommend these apartments.

very clean comfortable accommodation in great location walking distance to CBD.A lot of thought in providing a welcoming environment eg cold water in fridge,kitchen facilities excellent, few snacks supplied plus great patio area. The information booklet supplied by owners was first class in all areas. They wanted us to have an enjoyable time which we did. Highly recommend.Will stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mildura, our accommodation was fantastic, undercover car-parking onsite, all conveniently located close to eateries, shopping and river walks. Dennis was an excellent host, providing relevant information that ensured our 3 night stay went smoothly.

Absolutely phenomenal service and accommodation. We stayed for a few days in this immaculate apartment. Centred in the middle of Mildura city, it also was a hideaway which gave us privacy.
Beautifully designed and clean, it was the best place we have stayed at in Mildura.
Beyond exceptional customer service by the owners who went well and truly out of their way to accommodate us. We were so impressed with their level of service that without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Mildura. The price was perfect and the comfortable surroundings of our apartment were by far beyond 5 star. Thank you to Dennis for making our stay, and even after we left, the most memorable time in Mildura. If you want modern, clean, safe, easy to access, all in one apartments stays while in Mildura, this is the place to book! What a hidden gem this place is! Spacious, affordable, wonderful location, clean, comfortable! Communication was fantastic, the unit was perfect, a great little home away from home for our five nights. Everything was provided, and we had a great time. Apartments presented immaculately clean and fresh. They don't feel like accomodation they feel like home. Equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Location was fantastic just a short walk from local stores and restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend 112 olive apartments.

Totally recommend these apartments. We will likely be in Mildura every 2 - 3 months for business and will not hesitate to re book. Very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect. The fact they are pet friendly is fabulous, should be more accommodation facilities that offer this.

3 adults and 1 dog stayed for 3 nights at Olive St apartments. Our dog was a first time traveller and we were a bit worried as to how he would go. The apartments was very dog friendly- non slip floors which were easy to clean. Also a nice size outdoor grassed area where doggie was able to lay and enjoy the sprinkler on the very hot days we had.
Inside the rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Beds were of goood quality and kitchen very well equipped.
We loved the fact the apartment was within walking distance to cafes, shops and parks.
We will definately come back with our pooch. I highly recommend these apartments for all people who wish to bring their dogs with them .

After our family travelled from Sydney for over 10 hours by car with our Cavoodle in tow, we required a much needed rest with pet friendly accommodation in Mildura. I phoned Dennis and organised the stay. On our arrival we were thrilled with the cleanliness and beautiful apartment. It had everything! All the comforts of home! Walking distance to supermarkets and shops, not to mention great coffee! Dennis was fantastic in booking our accommodation after phone dropping in and out throughout the journey. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

We had great personal service from the owners regarding a booking change request. The apartment contained everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Location was great, riding distance to town centre and river. We felt at home there and will recommend to any friends and family of ours visiting Mildura.
