Friendly reassuring staff, they even have a bed for the faintest. My experience has been amazing - they hit the vein first go !

As someone that has gone to multiple places over the years and had to be sent away (impossible to find a vein and I also faint!). This is the ONLY place that I have gone to that can actually make me feel calm. And take my blood! Yes you wait a bit but I would rather that then someone randomly stabbing me in the wrong place.
