Adnan from the service desk was very helpful and lovely to deal with! The other workers I came into contact with didn’t seem happy or look like they wanted to be there (not a dig at the workers, it seems like a company issue). However, as I said, Adnan was great, knew what he was doing and provided great customer service. Give him a raise 🙏🏻😂

Purchased some clothes and make-up, the idea of the Big W make-up section is separated from the other department since they have their own check out section.

Best place for dog treats much cheaper than supermarket & same brands, very convenient Online shopping is great & fast delivery😀

Really appreciate the ease if the click and collect to boot experience.
Only problem is there’s only one clicking and collect carpark, and it’s difficult to find.

Got what u need. Friendly enough but security guard was bit much. Followed me and mum around store staring at us making shopping uncomfortable and not much fun. Don't know why he did this. We are neat average looking people and cameras are everywhere so there's no need to follow us and make our expierence bad. That's my 2 cents worth.

The customer service was great. A young guy in the media section when out of his way to help me find a Xmas present for my nephew. Settled on Dungeons and Dragons board game. Last tough gift, will be forever indebted :).

Big shout out to the lady, Gemma?, at customer service who answered my query about stock levels for an online click n collect for collection the following day. She promised that she'd pick the items as soon as I put the order though and I got the confirmation SMS within 7 minutes! So helpful :)

This is my old stomping ground. Great humble people, grateful that all the work & development is on the western suburbs.
