Not easy to find

second rate service, staff who are surly and tellers who seem to be on break more than working. the manager should be sacked and a new culture implemented. no excuse for this in 2022

The Balwyn North branch had exceptional customer service, someone at the door to greet you and direct you where to go. They even knew my name. The has NOT been my experience at the Balwyn Branch. Difficult to find any staff and the staff at the teller when unable to answer questions about their services informed me to go to Camberwell as they’re a bigger branch. Poor experience.

Not enough staff. Very long waiting times. Don't go there unless you have hours to spare.

Rude customer service, the lady asked me, why didnt you do that online or comm bank? Excuse me? Why are you working there? And she also asked me to talk to someone else who speak my language( Chinese), but i am talking to you, i didn't ask for that!!

Been a customer of Com Bank for 40 plus years and wanted the staff to action a transfer and was told it was going to cost $30.00. Absolute joke and not the first time I've experienced this attitude and disrespect by the staff at this branch. They're simply not worthy of my business and will be considering to move to another institution...

Would give zero stars if I could. Expect a minimum 30 minute to do anything.

Some of the stuff members are like animals, I’d rather go other branches where people are normal and nice. Box hill branch is a horrible den

Bad service. Was told that they couldn't serve me, an existing customer, with an account query. When asked why, the staff on duty, said they were too busy and that i didn't have an appointment.
