So difficult to get to talk to anyone at this company for after support. all phones are busy, or go into voice mail or calls not returned. not buying their product again.

Had 5 different issues in 3 years with AC1300 angel care monitor.
Had item fixed 5 different times during period it still doesn't work.
tole me since its over 3 years can no longer get a refund when previous consultant advised since the amount of issues i would be able to.
Marta apparently head of customer service is scripted with her wording and offering me the only option, to purchase. My Lesson learnt - If item purchased breaks get a full refund and buy something else.

We purchased SnapUltra Dove Grey in June and been promised that pram will be delivered in 2 weeks. However, 2 weeks later they informed us that shipping has been delayed so they cannot deliver pram to us in time. Next due date was set for mid of August. But nothing happened and nobody called us to inform about further delay.
We were trying to reach them by phone and did it after several attempts. Lady on another line gave her words and hearty promised again that 100% pram will be delivered 23 of September. Due date for baby was mid of September. We were so disappointed and stressed about it. My missis spent plenty of time search and buy pram for reasonable price and she could not afford to do it again on 38 weeks pregnancy.
23 September has come, no pram, nothing from Valiant Enterprises… My wife delivered baby 20 of September. Even though that they offered pram a bit cheaper than others, but we will never deal with them again. I also complained about service quality and their operations to Fair Trading Queensland as we cannot go for a walk or shopping. We just spend days at home waiting for when Valiant get our pram to us if this happened ever. It is so stressful for us and so unprofessional from their side. No compensation or something was offered for such inconvenience, just a money back. We called them several times to ask about status of our order. At the moment of writing this review we still did not get pram...
I strongly do not recommend to use their service due to lack of support and unreliability.
