I had a great experience with the service provided by my technician Scott. After initially putting my computer parts in for warranty the technician I had quit, due to this it took longer than expected. Because of this Scott not only figured out the problem of my computer but had also gave me some complimentary services free of charge. Great customer service and very appreciated!

I bought a prebuilt desktop from Centrecom that had a number of issues within the first few months but the warranty team and the people at HQ including Scott Llewellyn were friendly enough to work with me to eventually build a new and improved system that now works even better!

I recently had issues with my defective GPu and decided to upgrade to the 40 series. As the 40 series is quite large and I had a mini case, I was told by many other technicians that the GPu was too big for the case and that it would not sit properly.

Fortunately, Scott took on the challenge and was able to safely secure the GPu and my computer is running perfectly with the new setup!

Scott customer service was second to none. He not only managed to fit the GPu in my mini case, but he was also prompt, concise and kept me updated all throughout the repair process. He went above and beyond with all the cable management, updated of all the drives and optimized all the settings for me!

If anyone wants their computer fixed (no matter how big or small), I would only be trusting Scott and will continue to request to have my computer be looked by him only. Thank you again, Scott – you’re an absolute legend!

Purchased a brand new gaming monitor for over 1k, pulled it out the box treating it like a new born baby, I had finally sat down to start playing some games after plugging it in to find the bezel all rippled like a wave and the back part half apart! Extremely frustrated as how much I had spent on the monitor I called the following morning and spoke to a store manager from place of purchase and had huge troubles trying to get it resolved swiftly due to working from home and needing the screen to be able to work, Ethan was able to assist me and make this horrible experience into a huge positive!
