Indulge Apartments - Urban Collection

Such a beautiful little home for a week of work. Close to everything and secure and cosy, excellent heater for the cold nights, and lovely bathroom facilities. Fab mix of country industrial character with the luxuries of big city details. Will recommend to other colleagues!

We recently stayed in Chamber One of these apartments for four nights.
While we quite enjoyed our stay there is a couple of things to mention.

Taking note that we live in a very quiet home environment, I have to say the position of these apartments worked both for and against.
The positive side is the easy to walk to many places of interest and the proximity to a variety of dining options.
The negative is the noise of passing traffic, including trucks. We had a very good night's sleep the night after we left.
There is one other negative and that is two car spaces for four units is always a possible problem.

Comfortable bed, pillows, fluffy towels and a beautiful big bath. Had trouble with hot water which was promptly sorted out by a plumber. Only thing that drove me crazy was the kitchen cupboards need a proper builders clean- all quite new, they have sticky residue from stickers on them- needs a go over with white spirits guys! And the protective film on the range hood hasn’t been removed. But hey that’s my eagle eye. Place was clean and would consider coming back at the good pricing point.

Great location. Rooms clean and well appointed. Be wary of the huge deposit they take, can definitely but a dent in your holiday budget.

Lovely place

We stayed at the Urban Collections Number 2 Chamber.
Unfortunately it wasn’t as luxurious as it was made out to be.
Very tired looking place with no Luxury finishes.
Bed was not a King size and was dressed with 1 old fluffy cushion. Not very comfortable.
Kitchenette was right next to the bathroom separated by a glass screen.
It did have a Nespresso machine but only included 2 pods and no way to foam the milk even if there was enough milk, which there was not.
Walls are very thin and we could even hear our neighbours using the loo😳
Unfortunately not the best review but had to share so others won’t be disappointed.
The building could be amazing but needs more attention to detail and luxury.

Wasn't happy with it, was hard to find at first from the street. It was hard to understand what code was gate or door.
Was also Wasn't really enough parking, which wasn't secure.

The only option available to book was a non refundable room, which we booked and paid for 2 nights, having no intention of cancelling. Unfortunately Covid reappeared and the Victorian border was closed so we could not attend the premises. The Hotel was completely unwilling to refund all or any of the money nor were they willing to offer alternate dates for a stay. A very unfair and unpleasant experience. Don't book with this organisation.
