We did a virtual showing of the outlet via WhatsApp with Jayne as we are based in Sydney. Jayne was wonderful! We told her in advance the items we were looking for and she took us around the warehouse via video to show us what they had available. Once she had an idea of our style she was able to make good suggestions, and would place items together so we could see how they looked together. We ended up purchasing 4 items. Two of the items were unboxed and had no issues or faults. Jayne was really great at pointing out any cosmetic issues with any of the pieces we were looking at too so we felt we knew what we were getting. They don't do shipping so we had to organise that ourselves, but they did have a recommendation which was helpful.

Absolute hidden gem! So glad I found the outlet store. They have such great variety and David was so helpful with our purchase.

Beautiful furniture

Great products. Really poor after service. Called several times as our delivery was suppose to be delivered in the morning. Upon calling the outlet someone answered at 4pm telling us he would put us through only to be disconnected. Tried calling till now and no one answers or it goes to message bank. No delivery still!
