The Makita factory are brilliant. I have had dealings with them on several occasions and rank them highly. The technical support people are very experienced they know all the Makita products back to front and are a pleasure to deal with. Well done.

Dom who runs the service center at the Makita Factory Service Centre has always looked after me when I bring in my power tool for repairs .
He explains to me what he did to fix the problem and keeps me up to date during the repair process that's called professionalism! Highly recommended!

The team at the Makita Factory Service Centre are 5 out of 5! They provide an efficient, effective and professional tool repair service of all Makita tools. No repair is too hard for the team and Dominic runs a tight ship to guarantee a solid continued service. Robert, Tony and Alek all deserve a mention for their contribution to the program. Warranty repairs can be a difficult area, for these guys however its a breeze and we are back doing the job quickly with no fuss. Thanks Guys we appreciate your hard work.
