HEW Clothing

I've been a HEW customer for a few years, and I always get great comments when I wear their shirts! Recently I purchased some shirts on sale, and unfortunately the team weren't able to locate the size I needed for two of them. Rather than going straight to a refund, Grace asked if I would instead like to substitute from HEW's latest range. It was above and beyond it my view, and I couldn't be happier with the shirts I received. Thanks to Grace and the team!

Where fun and sophistication intersect. This brand is truly exceptional. The pieces are bold but subtle enough to 'get away with' for work etc. My partner fell in love with the shirts I got him and he doesn't usually get excited about fashion! I also love that HEW showcase local designers and artist by collaborating prints. So much joy!

I joined HEW Clothing for a 2-month internship and I'm really happy with it! Ema has been extremely nice to me and has helped me to clear all of my questions. She has engaged me in several activities that made me learn a lot.
She is completely devoted to her company and is very passionate about it; she is highly detail-oriented. She's always looking for the best ethical materials and the most creative patterns for her garments. But she's also very active online, always keeping updating her website, but in particular on Instagram where she engages her community with new intriguing contents every day.

Ordered through the online store, as I had no idea there was a storefront! Love the designs, and love that's it's a local label. I bought two dresses, which were GREAT quality. My husband got a shirt from there as well, and he really likes the fact that there are some interesting designs for men as well. The slim-fit shirts are of a similar cut to Jack London shirts- which is a good thing. Now I'll have to wander over and actually check out the store!

Everyone compliments me on the shirts I have bought from HEW. The designs are unique and there are very few other shops in Melbourne selling shirts that are this colourful or with patterns and designs like this. Even better is they are from local designers.
Ema likes to get to know her customers and what they are looking for and the new shop in Brunswick has a welcoming feel about it. I came out with two shirts and a t-shirt. Do yourself a favour and have a look.

Have bought many men’s shirts over the years that have all lasted my husband very well. Amazing quality, beautiful prints and a great fitting shirt. Now they have women’s range I have bought a few dresses and skirts which I love! Love supporting a local Melbourne designer too

I have bought some awesome Christmas gifts here, the men's shirts are so unique! Such good quality, and really great customer service, staff are so friendly and helpful and seem like they're fun people. I love my merino wool skivvy, it fits like a dream and looks very sleek while keeping me toasty, it's so nice to wear. There are so many other items on my shopping list. Can't reccomend these clothes enough.

it was the intricate designs and tessellations of patterns that caught my eye at first and some interesting earrings in the window that i thought would be a nice gift for a discerning partner so I walked on in with my brother and started a conversation with Emma and we shared our background in fabric and as it was my brother's birthday the next day I decided to by the shirt that he fancied then selected one for myself and a tie to match when Emma suggested a different colored knitted tie. it has amazed me ever since walking out of the store how many compliments I have personally received (and frankly that is really rare). The next time in Melbourne you know where I will be going don't you?

Came to exchange a shirt (wrong size) I got as a christmas gift. The place is small but has some really cool unique designs, ended up buying another while i was there. The designer/owner Emma was really nice and made the whole process easy. Would recommend.

I ordered on line, a flight face t shirt and long sleeve charcoal wrap. A short delay between 2 items. This was communicated promptly and with thoughtfulness. My new clothes are of incredible quality material and stylish. Thank you Ema

Loved walking in to find the owner/designer on the premises creating her unique items of clothing. Being able to buy a quality made Australian merino wool skivvy which can be styled effortlessly with so much of my winter wardrobe was great. Ema I will be back soon. Love your label.

Got the Women's Long Sleeve Wrap Top today and I just wanted to say I'm rapt!
It is lovely, soft eco-friendly fabric and so well made. I love the long sleeve length and how sturdy the waist tie is. It's great to buy from a local inner Melb creative business.

After spending a long time trying to find some men's clothes that weren't just plain or the same thing as everywhere else, I stumbled on HEW and so glad that I did. Love the style of clothing and love that it is local. Definitely a brand I will be going to in the future.

Beautiful brand! Love their collections. Their prints are so different and the quality of the product is amazing. It is so good to have businesses that care about the environment and make a difference by their practices. HEW is definitely one of them.

Love the shorts, and arrived very quickly so I could wear them on the weekend. The only problem is that I won't get to wear them much until next summer! Great service and great look, and love how soft they are.
