Mina is awesome! I had my very first session with him and he was able to easily identify my issues, he showed me some exercises to strengthen these areas and used a combination of treatments. Great service, Mina is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Very highly recommend him!

Adrian is an expert at what he does, happy for a chat and explains everything for you in simple terms for you to understand. He understands the body and everything ‘back/spine/hip flexor’ related real well.

Great experience with practitioners both Adrian and Mano.
Post surgery for me on long term neck and shoulders injuries. Physo and remedial massage is fantastic.
Mano is very knowledgeable combining a number of modalities and is able to treat specific affected area with all the care it takes to give the right treatment for long term
issues.

Grace is incredible and helped my body so much in just one session. This helped me with my mobility function and training. Also displays an excellent understanding of the body, movements and spots that need work! Recommend/10

Anna Kelly treated the inflamed tendon in my left thumb. She was very professional and caring. She explained everything well and ensured that I was comfortable at all times during treatment. My injury has since healed and I just need to strengthen the tendon further.

Excellent clinic and patient service. I attended several Osteo sessions with Adrian for a recurring neck issue and he was able to quickly diagnose and provide an effective treatment. Adrian is a great practitioner and all staff are super friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Grace is amazing! I had some major tightness and discomfort in my traps which were causing headaches and issues with my form in the gym. She worked on it for 2 sessions and it’s never felt better! As a bikini competitor it’s really important to have a balance in the upper body and I can say with 100% confidence she’s helped me achieve this goal. Saw her again today for a massage and scraping to reduce inflammation in my legs /mid section and wow the way I feel less watery already. I could say so many amazing things but Grace overall has been amazing to work with and I will continue to see her. Thank you for everything 💛
