Just found this company and am very happy and very impressed. Amazing customer service and I am not just saying that. They have helped me with my online order with loads of personalised clarifying emails. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Such a pleasure to deal with such a well run online shop. Love the help and service. Deliveries are always within a couple of days of ordering products and if the product you want is not in stock they will let you know as soon as it arrives.

I ordered a few needles and cables before the weekend expecting to receive it late this week, but they sent it out the same day! I was shocked when it was due to arrive the following day just in time for the weekend as I didn’t request express delivery :)

I ordered a 120-box set of Derwent Artists' coloured pencils from Knitting Co. after dealing with another seller who was out of stock and I can say that I couldn't be more pleased.

I want to praise their communications and customer service, as I was given regular updates on the progress of my delivery.

Upon receiving it, it was carefully packaged and in pristine and beautiful condition.

Their communication was exceptional as upon checking the contents, I found that certain colours had been duplicated and certain colours were missing.

Their customer service was great as, I called on the Thursday before Easter to explain the situation, and left a message post-closing time. No more than two minutes later, a lady named Finch returned my call and explained that it had been a previous incident with the packaging factory.

She went to check stock and quickly called me back to inform me that they had my missing colours in stock, and that she would send them to me, free of charge, with a return envelope for the duplicates.

This has also been communicated promptly, as I have now received the missing colours, just after Easter.

Overall, a happy customer and a gift that was worth the money.

Returning customer. Items are always posted quickly and are just as described. Very happy with every transaction and everything purchased. I read a review that suggested discounts were offered for a favourable review, and not to trust reviews. Well, I never got a card offering a discount, so maybe I should take a star off for that! Seriously, no one offered me anything, I’m just appreciative of good service.

I ordered a bunch of crochet supplies from here. It delivered incredibly and surprisingly fast. Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived. The cheapest yarn they had is great quality acrylic perfect for a beginner. They have better yarn as well that I would recommend but I was pleased by how good the acrylic was.
I had no issues with the delivery. I received my invoice quickly and would have assumed it was a larger company given how quickly everything was completed. Someone clearly was up pretty late checking orders that night because it had to have been shipped out the very next morning.

Absolutely love going there, always have what I need (despite low stocks after Christmas) and always super helpful!!

Initially there was an issue with my delivery (might have been ausposts fault to be honest) so my parcel got stolen. When I got in contact with knitting co they were super helpful and offered to resend my order. I'm really happy and would order again. The crochet supplies I got are lovely quality. It took about a week to hear back on email but apparently they're understaffed at the moment so understandable.

I have ordered from KNITTING CO a few times now. The orders are always correct and arrive quickly. They are my “go to” for all things crochet as they stock a great range at great prices.

I found Knitting Co. on eBay and has been a repeat customer since. They stock a good range of fabric dye that I was after and always have them stocked at good price for me to come back for. Shipping is fast and well tracked so I'm a very happy repeat customer.

This shop is amazing! Just bought some Rit dyes to use to tie dye and got them delivered and they came super fast! Defiantly recommend buying from here!
