Thank you Parkvue Homes for building our first ever home.
We opted for Parkvue Homes after visiting few volume builders and it was the best decision we have made. The level of service, quality, inclusions and most importantly the price Parkvue Homes offer in current market is compared to none. We found every single member of this team extremely polite, humble, and professional. You table any issue or demand with them, and they’ll provide you with best possible advice and solution.
It took us 6 months to finalize our architectural drawings with more than ten rounds of revisions with the architect and all this time they were very supportive and patient. Within a week of Land settlement our permits were applied and were approved in a short time. Site works were commenced within one week of receipt of approval which I know in those days (Late 2021) was impossible for even volume builders.
We had issues with labour and material shortage like other homeowners, but we were always kept informed with those issues and they were resolved by Parkvue Homes team very efficiently in best possible way. The level of flexibility Parkvue Homes offers and accept late changes and requests you cannot find it with anyone in current market.
One thing that shows their professionalism and commitment to what they do is, you call Jordy anytime He’ll pick up your call and if he can’t he’ll call you back. Trust me if you have this confidence that your builder will pick up your call whenever you want to discuss something is the most satisfying thing in this whole journey specially when you compare this with other builders.
At the time of handover there were few items (not major ones) left and we were scared that they’ll be left unattended for a long time due to Christmas break coming soon but every single day post-handover Jordy used to call us for updates on those works and within 15 days post-handover all our pending works were completed.
We had a wonderful experience with Parkvue Homes and would definitely recommend Parkvue Homes without any second thought. We wish you best of luck and pray that Parkvue Homes will touch skies of success 😊

It was indeed an amazingly smooth experience. Mr. Jordy took into great consideration our idea of our 'Dream Home' and was very adaptive with all the customisations that we desired and requested .
Right from planning , to contracts , to colour selections , to delivery - they took care of everything with high professionalism. We cannot speak highly enough of the team, handling everything with seamless ease and nothing was too difficult for them to incorporate or manage.
We are very happy with the results and so were our friends and family when they saw our Beauty.

Parkvue build our first home and transfer our thoughts and imagination into reality. Mr Jodi has done wonderful job in professional manners. He will give you valid advice with reference to modifiaction, upgrades etc. I recommend then 100% if you are looking good private builder.

Engaged the team at Parkvue to build our investment property. Experienced some unavoidable delays due to covid lockdowns but were kept updated on the progress and were able to get timely possession of the property. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
