Australia Post - Dandenong Plaza Post Shop

The lady who served me was very nice and it wasn't too busy so it went smoothly. Finding the office was a bit annoying though because not many escalators went down to level 1.

Looking over the past reviews, perhaps there has been a major staff changeover recently. As a customer of the last few months, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely nice.

The counter staff have always greeted me with a smile and I have had no issues with any transactions. One time, I turned up at closing time just as the roller door was going down and the lady at the door still let me lodge my prepaid parcel with a receipt and gave it to the postie as he was still collecting the mail out the back.

No issues with Australia Post at the plaza :D

I went there to return a parcel. The service was really impressive. The lady who took my parcel was really helpful. She helped me to pack and assisted during return post. A rare unexpected pleasant gesture, really made my day. Thank you very much!

As I required some information,
I decided to pop into this shop, not knowing if I was doing the right thing or not. Sure enough, I remember the gentleman, he was able to give me the advice that I needed. So, I was glad that I made that effort and not postponed it, as I usually do.

Have been going to this place for last 11-12 years and it never disappoints me. Friendly staff and great customer service. It also offers range of services which is plus.

This is a bargain hunters mecca. Just across the road from Dandenong market.
It also boasts an impressive food court.
Well worth a side trip when going to the market. Particularly for cheap quality clothes.

It's a great place that allows me to deposit money into my account without any transaction fees that doesn't have a physical branch
