Nice sales team and good customer service. Just got my keys handover last week. Fairly good construction and proper inspection arranged, little fixes pointed out, done. The work took too long but completed just days before the scheduled completion date. I have had a good experience with them and hope their support beyond build is also good.

Me and my partner have had a great experience so far from our sales agent Ricardo to now being at mid construction with our site / building supervisor Nav.
Everything has been done well and always great communication when each stage has been complete with photos.
Has made our first building experience a good one.

Brilliant, prompt and individualised service. Orbit deliver on their promises. All personel that I have dealt with thus far including Kate (Customer Service), John (Sales) and Kane (Management) have been exceptional, and from my experience thus far, I would recommend Orbit over any of the other builders that I have liaised with if building a new house.

Great experience and great service. El has been patient and accommodating throughout and even though I've not bought from them he has remained professional and trusted. Their homes and quality are amazing. My budget not so much. They have been doing their best though to meet my expectations.

For now I need to evaluate my options and they were supportive of this decision with no over the top pushy attitude. This is a massive win for them in my book. Whe other builders found things too difficult, Orbit and El said "let's see what we can do"

Do yourselves a favor and if you have an Orbit home in budget, go for it...

This was my first home and my townhouse was completed on time & my customer service manager, Carnita, was very helpful, she responded to all my calls & emails in a timely manner. They have a customer portal that you can access at any time to check updates on your build! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely in love with our dream home. Cannot thank the Orbit team enough. Has been a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much and we were kept up to date regularly throughout the building process, which made what could have been a stressful process very enjoyable and exciting. Highly recommend

Choosing Orbit Homes was a decision we not regret, we made this decision after the good feedbacks we get from a friends on top of the good online reviews, we went to the display house in Wollert / Aurora Estate where we met El Rassy, this gentleman is a life saver and to be honest all Orbit Team is Amazing, choosing the floor plan was a really joyful process with the help and the amazing ideas from El Rassy made everything really nice and easy, we have Faced some issues with the land developers where we felt that we are lost and don't know what to do, but once again Orbit team get involved and solved the situation for us even when the problem was not theirs but they didn't let go on us and stand for us and help us and now we moving to the next level, here I want to thank El Rassy again and special thanks to his Manager Frank who stand for us and helped. we are so excited now as we moving to the colour selection stage hopefully no more issues coming up, can't wait until we receive our new home keys, once again thanks to Orbit Homes team you guys are the one.
