Loving the fine crispy noodles which are airy and remain crispy throughout the meal. A generous of meats and veggies with a rich sauce.

The pho comes with lightly cooked meats which work well for when the soup is poured on top on the noodles and meat.

Perfect for take away and friendly staff

Really great food at such a good price and they have a fantastic young lady who works at the front counter who is so friendly and lovely. If you're ordering takeaway, they provide tea while you wait 😊

The decorations they have at the counter are also so cute! Great family atmosphere.

Thai and his family are authentic and love serving their customers. This is our go to for springvale and when Tharn Dat closed a few years back my family were so happy to find restaurant 323!!!

It was raining that Saturday , so i gave this restaurant a try , Very happy with the food and the stuff are very helpful . its Next door to the Springvale post office too which was handle.

Apart from the fantastic, authentic and fresh food that Restaurant 323 make, the staff are truly one of a kind. My grandmother ordered from them every week for years, and recently moved into aged care. One of their beautiful employees made the effort to get in touch as they had not heard from her for a delivery in some time and they wanted to check she was okay. Absolutely amazing food! Tender beef cubes, chicken ribs super flavorful and not oily, beautiful garlic broccoli and really good tomato rice! Our new favorite restaurant that delivers to us during lockdown!

Great to be back dining at 323. Love the atmosphere, always happy when we come in and so welcoming. Family friendly and family owned. Food is immaculate and we recommend the Porky Balls... Best ones around. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Very friendly service and delicious food! Generous portions and reasonably priced meals.
Highly recommend the ‘Salt & Pepper Calamari’ (I believe it’s the best in Springvale).
The ‘Vietnamese Pancake’ here is huge. Very generous with the meat filling and additional herbs on the side - A great dish to share with a group of people.
I’ve tried numerous dishes on the menu in the past and this restaurant never disappoints!
