Heath & Ned were very accommodating to our needs. They do go above and beyond, especially with their customer service and generosity.
Will definitely look to stay there again and will be telling all my friends and family about this beautiful place.

Heather and Ned went above and beyond to accommodate for us, and not only made this stay feel very homely, but were also extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do!
Great location!! just outside of Daylesford town. Close enough to be there in minutes, but still able to enjoy the serenity of their beautiful property.
“The Barn” where 5 friends and I stayed, was gorgeous and everything from the comfty beds to the smaller details like the fairy lights and the fire place (that had been lit for us upon arrival) was lovely and made the stay even better!! They even were so kind to hang balloons for our birthday celebrations!!
Couldn’t rate them higher! I definitely recommend to stay here Xx

I’ve only got positive things to say and I’ll say this without any exaggeration. It starts from the people - both Ned and Heather are genuine and beautiful people - both as individuals and as a collective. Their service and company will be one to remember for me. As a collective they have created an atmosphere that is aesthetically appealing, and it is safe, cosy and comfortable. With a lot of energy invested into this place they have merged both the historical and modern day architecture into one. This is where you can get the best of both worlds. Everything has been thoroughly well thought of.

If you’re staying to visit Daylesford or any other place close by, I can definitely guarantee - this is your place - you’ll do yourself and family a great favour.

PS: The hot springs, and Daylesford’s main strip are just around the corner.

This definitely is a home away from home, the barn was so spacious and cosy for us!
Our boys had a whirl of a time playing table tennis and the board games!
We all loved the beautiful hot lunch you both provided for us!
Jason loved that you went the extra mile for him with the balloons and the birthday banner, just all these lovely touches made our stay so special, we can’t wait to plan our next trip maybe next time we can enjoy the fire pit when it’s not so wet, the boys still enjoyed toasting the marshmallows which you provided in the indoor wood fire !
The cinema screen was a highlight as well, we all sat back in bed watching our favourite movies .
It’s great that it’s not
far away from towncan still go sight seeing as well.
As the boys have said it was the best adventure they have had!!!

Heather and Ned were extremely nice, badminton was super fun with the family. We did also see a kangaroo which is a lifetime experience, me and the family spent the night without devices, instead we played the games they had left for us and toasted marshmallows by the fire. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

Beautiful country stay everything was perfect the little thoughtful details in the rooms like snacks board games, yea and coffee and lots more
oh yes they have got Netflix YouTube on large screen tvs and projector in the rooms even a tennis board.
Great for family getaway lots of space to run around inside and outside, the outdoor fire pit and hanging lights looks great at night, the tall trees and woods all around felt like I was in a country movie
To top it up Ned and heather the host very nice people

A mate booked the Barn for a birthday gathering and it was magical AF.
Beautiful surroundings, delightful atmosphere, charming set up. Great place to have a little celebration with friends, some pretty good board games provided, fireplace and fire pit, TV etc.
Would happily come back again, and I am not usually up for leaving my house. 😁

Excellent spot away from main town yet less than 5 minute drive in. Excellent hosts. So warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and bedroom spa was a bonus. Highly recommend it for a weekend away by yourself or with friends.
