Staff are lovely and friendly.

All flavours are freshly made at this store.

Their gelato flavours are not sugary and has strong original real ingredients taste.
We tried 3 each flavours in cup.
Espresso, Tiramisu & Hazelnut
Black sesame, Biscottino & Dulce de leche
They were all excellent☆5

Very delicious and authentic Italian gelato. This family owned business has been making gelato for more than 150 years, we absolutely love their pistachio, bacio, strawberry and mango flavours! The sorbet was so refreshing, their pistachio and bacio were creamy and not too sweet! Their gelato is so yummy, will come back to try another flavours 😍

We also want to say thank you to their friendly staffs, they’re so kind and helpful. 5/5! Highly recommend! 💕

It's never TOO cold for ICE-cream!! Life is like an Ice Cream, you have to enjoy it before it melts. Checked out this authentic Italian Gelato shop on Lygon St for some delicious dessert. There is soooo many different flavours to choose from.

My absolute favorite gelati place on Logan Street. My favorite is the pistachio as it doesn’t have the artificial pistachio flavor and is so smooth.

I would highly recommend this place on local Street for ice cream and gelati. The choices of flavor are endless, and I will guarantee that you will not know what to choose because everything tastes amazing.

Really pleased with the choice of selection here. They have some really interesting flavours, and the reason why I was attracted in the first place was because they had the Bailey & Chocolate flavour 🤩. I had the kids cone as I saw that the single scoop was huge!

Perfect created flavours with quality ingredients, plus great customer service. The Amarena black cherry gelato was sensational. Love it!

Loved the ice cream, we come here all the time and love it.The guy with glasses is epic and gave my friend a massive scoop. I was served by a girl with long black and she gave me half of what my friend got. not very impressed, i’ll definitely be coming back but i’ll make sure she doesn’t serve me. :(

The mini size is the perfect amount if you want dessert but you're feeling rather full, though it is quite pricey at $4. The cherry blossom flavor was great, not too sweet.

The ice cream is amazing here, I know how it can be overlooked on Lygon st, but the ice cream is so creamy (no icy crystals) flavourful and they have too many varieties to count. The staff are super friendly and bubbly, they seem to really care about their customers. Small number of seats inside, parking can be a nightmare, try the surrounding streets and just walk here.

One of the best gelateria in Carlton. Everything from their menu selection to their friendly staff, would compell you to come back again.
And the best thing about this place: They Have Gluten Free Cones!
Yep, this place is a gluten free heaven! Chris was really friendly and helped us picking out the best flavours (otherwise a very difficult job here, given the yummy choices).

We had such delicious ice cream here today for the first time. We devoured the pistachio, dark chocolate, salted caramel, lemon sorbet and strawberry jam flavours. Extremely generous portions, reasonable prices and friendly helpful service staff. We'll definitely be back here again! Thank you for a wonderful ice cream treat for me & the kids 🤩🤩🤩

I recently visited Ruby and Monique's ice cream store and I must say, it was an amazing experience! First off, the customer service was absolutely awesome. Ruby and Monique were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had.

But what really impressed me was the quality of the ice cream. I tried a few different flavors and they were all so delicious and flavorful! The ice cream had just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess, and the texture was perfect. I also appreciated that they offer the option to try again if you're not satisfied with your first choice.

On top of that, the store itself is really cute and well-designed. It's clear that Ruby and Monique have put a lot of care and attention into creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for their customers.

Overall, I would highly recommend Ruby and Monique's ice cream store to anyone looking for a tasty treat and excellent customer service. Thank you Ruby and Monique for such a wonderful experience!

Amazing flavours, so fresh and fragrant without being not overly sweet like some other stores. A focus on quality rather than being mass produced, you have to try their delicious flavours.

By far my favourite gelato spot in Carlton. The Salted Caramel is to die for!

Best gelato place in Melbourne, hands down. And it’s not like we’re short of excellent gelaterias in Melbourne but this stuff is The Business. I tried plum and pistachio flavours and the experience was next level. So good! Sorry I couldn’t wait to take a photo before eating.

From an ice cream connoisseur, this was one of the best gelato places we’ve visited in a while. The flavours taste so pure and real because the ingredients are natural, with nuts imported from Italy and roasted in house. Highly recommended, extremely delicious and natural.

It's never too cold for ice cream! @LavezziGelateria I chose this delicious creation, Bacio, after asking for some recommendations. I wasn't disappointed, each bite of amped up chocolatey goodness, it can't get better than that.
