Indulging in Thai Town's King Prawns Plate was an absolute delight—the prawns were succulent, and the flavors were exquisite. The cocktail added a perfect touch of refreshment, and the Spicy Chicken Fried Rice showcased their culinary prowess with a delightful kick. A memorable dining experience that deserves every bit of a 5-star rating!

Always busy each time I've been. Can't go wrong with their soups and street food dishes such as the liver, grilled pork neck, and pork skewers.

Feels like you're in Thailand!

And don't forget the desserts on your way out!!!

This is a very authentic Thai restaurant. Pineapple fried rice is very nice. Fish ball is outstanding. Fish ball very elastic, taste like.homemade fish ball. Seafood tom yum hot pot very flavorsome. Lots of seafood. Grilled pork salty and sweet. Best entree. Restaurant decorations very hawker style, just like in Thailand. They also sell lots of takeaway hawker savoury and dessert. Plenty of tables inside, suitable for large groups. Long queue during busy hours, best to go before busy hours. Plenty of parking nearby. Train station and bus accessible. Staff are friendly, but very busy.

Hands down from multiple visit to Thai town, their food never disappoint me. It can be tricky to get a good seat in Thai Town though, as wrong seat and you'll be right at the centre of voice echo and it could be very loud.
But the food must have got some sort of magic dust, we came back for more every now and then.

I’ve been at Thaitown quite frequent and order various kind of food and I found my treasures authentic favorite fabulous Boat noodles without noodles, I love having it with rice🥹 it was perfect!!!! My way of seasoning it is
1 round of fish sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of vinegar
A little bit of chili
And it was so so good, I love it!!!!! The portion is really big. The price is really affordable.

This place is amazing, serving all sort of Thai food. Tom Yum were pretty spicy and sour like it’s should, Pad Thai are yummy with the prawn.
Pork minced with the fried egg, definitely heaven and spicy . Also we get the Thai salad, it’s pretty crunchy and refreshing.
Only downside is the table were too small and the dishes were in a big plate, too much food could cost you some trouble eating. And the wait staff won’t do anything to fix it which is kind bad

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Town QV, and it was truly a delightful experience. The flavors were rich and genuine, capturing the essence of Thai cuisine. The attention to detail in each dish was evident, and the ambiance added to the overall authenticity of the experience. The staff were friendly, offering excellent service that complemented the delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and flavorful Thai dining experience.

Buzzing place on a Friday evening! Got the jumbo king prawn pad thai and beef massaman curry. Pad thai was very tasty but next time I think I will go for the regular pad thai because it was an effort to peel the king prawns and by the time I finished peeling the rest of the food was going cold - perhaps it was just my clumsy fingers taking forever! The curry was amazing, but definitely a bit sweeter than other massaman curries I have had. The sweetness worked well in it though and I could rave on and on about the umami fork-tender beef. The meal was very scrumptious overall and I would love to come back and try more!

It’s our first time to dine at Thai Town and it has been nothing but amazing! No wonder there’s always a lot of people queueing outside. Will definitely come back. We got the pineapple fried rice and pork platter which were superb!

As a huge Thai food fan, Thaitown has become one of my favorite spots in Melbourne. The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic dishes.

Thaitown isn't just about the food. The atmosphere is electric! Neon lights, graffiti art, and upbeat music create a fun and energetic vibe that transports you right to the heart of Thailand. The staff are fantastic too – attentive, friendly, and always happy to recommend dishes based on your taste.

Whether you're a seasoned Thai food enthusiast or a curious newbie, Thaitown is a must-visit. With its delicious food, lively atmosphere, and friendly service, it's no surprise why this place has become a Melbourne favorite!

A must eat in Melbourne CBD! Honestly, I’ll recommend all of their menu items, but if I’ll suggest a few, their Pad Thai, Fried Fish, and minced pork were the best!!! And Pat, one of the crew, was very nice and accommodating 😊

The food is delicious as what you can expect from an Asian specifically Thai food. Well priced, good serving and very flavourful especially the pork intestine and the salad. Will be back to try the rest in the menu. Staff is very friendly especially skye she’s very accommodating.

We came here for a dinner with my colleagues and the atmosphere was amazing. Especially as it was a hot day today, and it was nice and cool inside to enjoy our spicy Thai dishes. The service was also very warm and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Town restaurant and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. Everything from the beef balls to the Jumbo Padkrapo was simply amazing. The beef balls were bursting with flavor and left me craving for more. The Jumbo Padkrapo was not only massive in size but also worth every penny. The combination of ingredients was a true delight for my taste buds.

The Tom Zaap soup quickly became my new favorite dish. The flavors were out of this world and I couldn't get enough of it. It was a perfect balance of savory, spicy, and tangy flavors that left me wanting to savor every spoonful.

However, the real star of the day was the soft shell crab. It was a life-changing experience! The crab was cooked to perfection and the flavors were simply heavenly. Each bite was a delightful combination of crunchiness and succulent seafood goodness.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Thai Town for providing such an exceptional dining experience. The food, the ambiance, and the service were all top-notch. Thank you for creating such a memorable culinary journey. I can't wait to come back and explore more of your wonderful menu. Five stars all the way!

The food at Thai Town is super tasty and very delicious. I have to say it’s one of the best in Melbourne. The food servings are generous and presented well. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and the quality of food has remained the same. I keep ordering their staple - Pad Thai King Prawns as it’s a must. The Fried Rice, Calamari and Pork were superb. My least favourite was the Pork Sausages which I felt was too garlicky for my liking. Otherwise all great and will be my go to Thai restaurant.
