idk whats all this about the receptionists never had a problem but haven't needed to go here in an emergency. all I can say is have seen Dr. David for years i don't go to see anyone else. respectful, knowledgeable, doesn't judge you and helps everyone. He's a true man in this day and age. gives me prescriptions i need and want, even the minor stuff he will give you time of day i guess thats why the times here aren't too strict it's really just him helping everyone as best he can.

Dr. David Phan is a very good doctor, very generous and takes great care. Knows what he does and has no problem. Very professional and great doctor.

Dr David is extremely helpful, he has done a great job to advise extra medications for my left eye with uveitis issue. Thanks to his professional and knowledge. Receptionist is very nice too.

Dr. David is very thourough and kind doctor, but the tall reception is rude , unattentive, and bias toward her own culture. She scorns when asked questions and unprofessionally rolls her eyes when she has to open the front door.

One more thing need to mention that in the morning (especially) no way someone pickup the phone, I had test somewhere and that doctor need to contact my GP I gave the number no one picked up more than half an hour no one answer, same issue my insurance company many times they tried different days but no luck

The wife who is also the receptionist treats women of her own ethnicity with no respect, she deliberately makes you wait 3-4 hours to see her GP husband with every excuse under the sun and let all the walk ins go in before hand. She is condescending and inhumane, people are there because they are sick, not for a good time mate… would not recommend, go else where or you can become very ill while in the waiting room.

Went there at 5:20 with a "we are open" sign. The receptionist gave ten different excuses not to see the dr.
When i told her that my finger was hurt and I was in pain, she said we dont see patient with injuries.

The receptionist allowed the guy after me to see the doctor first before me although I was waiting for almost 45mins. Very hard to understand the doctor and he was not helpfully.
