I got some private work done by Adam and his team and could not be happier with the result. Got a new bonnet painted and the guys went above and beyond to touch up / respray a few areas and take my pride and joy to the next level. From the start Adam made my experience with his shop seamless and trouble free. After being hit by another car, his team took on the communication with the other party, provided me with a hire car for the duration of repairs and returned my car in a timely manner. Best of all it was detailed and washed, feels like I have a brand new car again. Great experience, great work and really nice guys to deal with.

This repairer rang the day I contacted the Accident Claims Helpline. What a boon it is to not have to get 3 quotes and negotiate with others around who was at fault etc.
I am a 70 yo Pensioner who has had her car for 23 years and uses it to assist 2 ppl who are no longer able to get around on their own/go shopping/clean for one who is awaiting Aged Care Services to assist.
Adam was able to arrange next day service re taking my Maggie and getting a loan car so that I could still honor my commitments. Thank you for your kindness.

Sadly, I have opted to let Maggie go as she may be hungry for $'s, considering her age.
Today, Adam has advised me he was able to negotiate a better salvage price .... oh wow!!!

I can't state too highly the support and ease at which this matter has been handled for me.

Adam and his team are amazing. I had my car in after it was involved in an accident and Adam was fantastic. He communicated and updated me constantly, I felt important and cared for and my car was a priority.
When I returned to collect my car it was in better condition than I had bought it!
