They are always going above and beyond to curate the perfect outfits every time I shop with them, it’s like having my own personal stylist! It’s no wonder why I shop here over and over again. Great brands and fast shipping, definitely one of the best boutiques in Melbourne!

My experience with this store has been the worst I have ever encountered.
The owner is a greedy condescending criminal.
I ordered a dress which didn’t fit me… upon request of a refund I was told a credit note would be given. It was a dress for a special occasion so I wouldn’t usually purchase such an extravagant piece, $475. So now she has the dress ( which was returned the next day with all tags still on) which probably has been resold plus my money. I don’t like anything else on the website. I have requested my money back several times and now have a solicitor involved.
It is terrible customer service and illegal to only offer credit notes.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

I did not have a nice experience. I bought a dress in their shop in Williamstown, which no-one at home liked it on me, so I returned it back. I could not get money back. No-one told me before I paid that they will not refund money back if I wanted to return it. Even discounted dress was very expensive.
I am not sure when I will be able to spend a large credit they put my money on as shop has limited size range. I feel betried even their policy says "no returns" when I read it on their website afterwards. It's not enough just write policy and stick to it when you deal with customers
