Went into the Williamstown store today. Really nice clothes, but not one bit of acknowledgement from the staff. Not a hello, do you need any help? Nothing.
Was talking to another "customer " then talking on the phone telling whoever yes I'm working today. One other customer and I in the shop so it was not busy.
Really, not the customer service most of the other reviews are on about.
Terrible.
Even if you are serving other customers, you ar least acknowledge everyone that steps into the store.
