Jyst visited the store. I was greeted by the ever lovely Zita? Sweet classy law student who gave me alot of insight into the dresses. Had a great knowkege of fashion and designs. Very helpful indeed!! The clothes were stunning and different!!!

Be wary of their returns policy. Quite disappointed to find out they don’t return items purchased on sale. Not even sure this complies with consumer affairs. Disappointing & inflexible customer service that have no regard for individual context or care for customer satisfaction. Never purchasing from here again.

ONLINE STORE REVIEW - Miami Heat Dress

I purchased a dress that had a a buckled zip, the online "customer service" team refuse to take any ownership of the faulty zip instead are adamant I wore the dress and ruined the zip myself. Even though I had proof and witnesses of me NOT wearing the dress.
Zero compassion or ownership, didn't even offer to replace or fix the dress.
It wasn't about the money for me, I bought the dress for my hens night and it honestly ruined my whole night, and they fact they kept throwing it back in my face was just salt to the wound.
All I wanted was some ownership and some sort of reimbursement.
I have attempted to get my money back and still nothing, which has left me with no option but to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC

Went in there with my girlfriend. Wasn’t greeted felt we weren’t welcomed in the store. Was going to buy a dress but since the staff was not friendly decided to take business else were. Would not recommend to others

Ridiculous returns and exchange policy they won't even do a size exchange. Shop Online only
