I was very impressed by the customer service in this location. It was the end of the day, normally employees want to go home! Not this one!
Her name was Jenni. She was super nice, and over educated when it comes to Calvin Klein. I am a 36 year old male and Jenni was so helpful. She not only helped me with size and fit correction but she insisted I sign up as a member to ensure I was getting the discount. That was so kind and thoughtful and I recommend anyone take their business here. You will definitely be considered and appreciated.

Yesterday I entered into this store riddled with anxiety and uncertainty about getting fitted for new bra.

I was welcomed by Cathy, Lan and Jennie. Between the three of them I was introduced to styles, shapes and most importantly the correct size for me.

I was overwhelmed with their genuine attention- I ended up making the most of the offers available.

Looking forward to returning and telling my friends and family about this wonderful experience.

She is professional and helpful on giving me advice and we had a lovely chat. Store was quite busy at first, it took few mins for waiting but she always come to us and check wheather the product suit us.

Some of the underwears were labeled wrong but the staff were able to confirm it was a simple error and apologised for the inconvenience. The staff were clear and nice and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new pair of underwear
