Dr Liu lance is a very caring and understanding would highly recommend him

I was referred here by my GP and had a very frustrating experience. My GP referred me to this clinic because he advised that the next step would be surgery given that topical treatment was no longer working.

Dr Liu didn't provide any kind of specialist medical care, just reiterated the same topical treatment my GP had already advised and even wanted me to come back after three weeks. The same topical treatment I had already been doing for atleast 4 weeks, but Dr Liu charged me nonetheless. He could see that I was visibly frustrated and upset because I rigtfully assumed that the next step would be surgery, but he provided no solution.

This specialist doesn't care about you, he just cares about getting paid. Avoid this place unless you want to just keep coming back for useless consults.

EDIT 24-Feb: I followed the instructions Dr Liu gave me for a full 2 weeks, I saw no improvement so I went to see an optometrist 3 days ago. My optometrist offered me a different approach to my treatment with achievable timeframes. I’m already seeing my chalazion changing and improving.
Thanks for the response to my review, but the gas-lighting is not appreciated.

Rude unwelcoming staff.
The Dr Liu seemed like he was interested in treating my concern.
I was rushed & no proper explanation.
What a waste of time.
He surgery was filthy with broken curtains and dust everywhere.
So disappointed.
