Great customer service by Vicky, went in store to get a replacement coil for my vape, they didn’t have it unfortunately but she helped me get a new aegus geek vape, I didnt know too much about vapes but she helped me with every question I had. If you ever need any information about these types of products, dollars to donuts she will know. She helped me pick what juices to choose and I’m now I am obsessed with Sydney vape co, but just walking in to find a coil and coming out with a new vape, a box of juice and a smile on my face, Vicky is a priceless member to this company and should be appreciated. I wish her well and I hope to see her next time I go in.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a problem with a Zippo gas insert I bought there, and when I took it back they had no more in stock. Justin offered to have one mailed from the Werribee store and it arrived two days later. Great customer service.

Excellent service. Had dropped and smashed my vape tank while on a trip in melbourne - they didnt have the right replacement in stock but the lovely guy spent over 20 minutes looking for a similarly sized piece and fixed it up for me! Literally saved my day! And super friendly

Unbelievable service from Justin to help me with my vape and explain everything in simple terms. Was able to fix everything with no expectation of me purchasing anything. I obviously made a purchase with service like that.

I am a novice vaper and i went in here to check it out. The attendant justin was very helpful and gave honest suggestions about the best product for me and where to get the juices etc.
When my machine stopped working I went back, and didn't have the receipt so was simply hoping to get help with a warranty claim or just to know what went wrong. Justin gave me a new machine at no cost with no fuss. Very please with the service here would recommend.

Super friendly lady helped me out and even insisted i bring my puppy into the store so no one stole her while i was picking out vape juice will 100% be back when ever im in the city and need some more vape juice

the younger bloke (Nathan I think) is helpful AF. The south African lady is so funny. I got my first vape there because of how helpful they were. Good shop. Recommended.
