Clothes so off point! Expensive and so often bad fit!!!! Usually buy online but given how many recent purchases have been a miss I won’t because don’t want to then have to pay $15 to return a bad fit tee! Take a leaf out of bassikes book another brand about ur cost point who ship then send paid return label BECAUSE they realise online shopping saves lots of money….staff and shop leases

The worst shopping experience EVER, we were trying something in the store, when we left, the short hair girl from the store chasing us all the way to the escalator asked to check my bag with a very rude and impolite way,It made me feel very offended and ashamed, especially with everyone around me watching, and I felt I was being insulted. After she checked my bag she just left without any apology. This brand used to be our favorite brand,the way how they treat customers just unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. There has never been any greetings the last 5 times I was in there. There are usually two girls work in the store, all they ever do is standing in front of the computer and chat. I think robots can probably do better jobS than them. Will never purchase anything from them ever again since there are plenty of options out there these days. Good luck to the business!
