You’re an English idiot, driving a landrover through some unknown track, with an angry girlfriend.

You get completely bogged down in the middle of nowhere. It’s raining and your girlfriend is about to leave you.

I called these guys, and they sent their best man. Armed with a chainsaw and a Mitsubishi Triton, he pulled me out from the back. Very gentle.

Fast, cheerful and didn’t take the p*ss out of me too much. 10/10

Requested assistance at 6.00am stranded on Macedon Rangers country road. My call was immediately answered and turned up within 20 minutes after getting the driver out of bed. I will also point out after a very busy 4 day Cup weekend. Prompt and great services.

Brilliant company, bike broke down early am, 1 phonecall to these guys and help was on the way, arrived in 30 minutes as advised during phone call, bike was on the back of the truck and securely strapped down within 15 minutes of arrival, very good price especially for a public holiday, the bike and i safely delivered home shortly afterwards.

My husbands workers had gotten the company 3t truck bogged at a job in Kyneton. We are a Melbourne based company and had tried to call numerous tow trucking companies to help us out and un-bog the truck, no one was willing to help and we kept getting referred to someone who could help, to no avail.

We called Macedon Ranges Towing, without hesitation the owner called over the radio to a tow truck they had passing through the Kyneton area. The particular tow truck already had a car on board but went straight to the location and was able to get the truck out.

Great customer service, willing to help, time efficient and don’t over charge!

Recovered our 4x4 stuck on our farm in mud with ease, amazing service, took 20min to get the job done. Will definitely use these guys again when we need too.

Chris is such an amazing person! I was broken down on the side of the road this morning and he turned around on his way to a job in a completely different town going the opposite way, and offered me to take me and my car home! I already had help on the way so I wasn’t in need of a tow at that stage, BUT he followed me all the way home just incase anything happened, backtracking his route and all from the kindness of his heart! And set back off up the same road to begin his job! I love being reminded of the fact that there is still genuine, kind hearted people in this world!
