Worth the money. Love the pasta and the bread with omelette on top. Orange juice taste really fresh and i like the coffee.

Staff was nice and they have this $3.50 pay it forward… they give 30 meals for the homeless each day… kudos!

One of the best Melbourne laneways cafe I came across is this place!
I was wondering around the laneway and saw a big line in front of this cafe where they have a soup stand! People working in city lined up for quick lunch break takeaway which got me interested to try this place out!
I tried their gourmet soup and a meal from their all day breakfast menu.
I enjoyed sitting at the door eating my meal . It is cozy, it’s warm and it’s a vibe 😊. Their pricing is really good too considering being in the middle of the city .

Very nice cafe in Melbourne CBD. The service is fast and friendly, the coffee is very good with a thick foam on top of my cappuccino making it so creamy. The scrambled eggs is beyond my expectations, I wasn’t a big fan of scrambled eggs, however theirs is not eggy or too milky taste. Definitely recommend this gorgeous cafe!

Food and drinks were delicious and large servings. Great service and very quick. Reasonably priced.

Very impressed by the pancakes (recommended to eat half as it is then add ice cream to finish the rest, will be different experience), soup is good as well. Coffee is smooth. Staff and owner are very friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely brunch.

Great little cafe with a real nice vibe. Visiting from Perth and we had the Jackie Chan, Smashed Avo and the Pankakes.
Food came out real quick whilst busy on a sunday lunchtime. Daughter loved the pancakes with added icecream, wife devoured the smashed avo with properly cooked poachies and I inhaled the Jackie Chan. Great flavours, unique textures and well presented.
Donated an extra 3.50 for their feed the homeless initiative.

Food was amazing, service was a little slow. They had forgotten about my drink. One guy was running the whole lot from orders to service. Highly recommend though, all the meals that came out looks delicious.

I love the simplicity of their menu. Everything Aussie traditional. Great location and lovely dining environment.

Fabulous little busy cafe located in a laneway in Melbourne CBD. Very busy on a Saturday morning, staff pleasant and welcoming. Coffee good. Meals were delicious and well presented- corn and zucchini fritters were light and crispy and served with avo mash, poached egg and chorizo. Mushroom and chorizo with poached egg, avo and beetroot relish served on sourdough- so tasty. 10/10

Really good food and coffee. Portions were big with lots of flavour, was quick to come out. There's 2 parts to the cafe I think the eatery and then the coffee window so had to work out how/where to pay but no biggie.

Located in a restaurant filled alleyway. This place is one of many. I'm glad we stopped by. Beautifully presented food and tasty! The bloody Mary was so good. Just the right taste of spice.
I enjoyed my brekkie plate. The pancakes were nice and crisp with a gentle sweetness.
My partner enjoyed his soup as well.
I am obsessed with Affogatos so this one certainly hit the spot.

We found this cafe by googling breakfast in Melbourne and this was the first option that came up. We have zero regrets! The staff were friendly, the food was divine, and the price was fantastic for the size of the dishes and the incredible flavours and fresh ingredients. We added nutella to the pancakes and would highly recommend this addition! The Jackie Chan eggs were everything you think they should be, from the full flavour of the herbs and greens, to the crunchy tempura and fresh roti. We also enjoyed the hazelnut hot chocolate, luscious and smooth topped with marshmallows.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was halfway through dining, there was a lot of frying smoke haze in the air. As we were seated at the back we breathed a lot of this in, despite a large fan being put on. However, the food more than makes up for it! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Melbourne.

I ordered the Meze plate and it was good for 3 to 2 person.

Great food & customer service! Everything thing came reasonably within time. Portion sizes are decent for price which is good. Ordered the homemade porridge & big breakfast both were delicious.

Back to the Cafe after more than 2 years of covid enforced work-from-home mode. Nothing has changed and the offerings are lovely as ever. Makes me miss working out of the city!

Food was amazing, coffees delicious and service very quick! We ordered the strawberry pancake and mushroom & Chorizo. hmm delish! The place was quite busy for a Saturday morning in the famous Melbourne laneways, but the staff was surprisingly friendly and attentive. Would come back again to taste other food on their menu.

Beautiful, soul warming, fresh soup (veg + lentil). Casual and comforting place to eat. They help feed many homeless people too with a voluntary Pay It Forward option.
