I have been a customer here for many years, and the gelato are high quality. My favourite flavours are Jasmine, Rum and Raisin, Watermelon and Choc Orange.
The owner is very friendly too.

Casa Del Gelato is the olderst authentic Gelato shop in Melbourne. They have the most variety of flavours out of all the Gelato shops.
Also this shop is the least sugary healthiest Gelato so far.

A Very knowledgeable staff member helped me tonight- it's very rare to find an ice cream place where I have a range of flavours to enjoy. The soy flavours that I had tonight were creamy and delicious. Others in my group ordered the normal ice cream flavours and found these delicious. On a hot summers day, we were desperate for something to cool us down after 4 hours exploring the Carlton area. We googled "gelato" and chose this place as we were nearby and we were not disappointed. We chose mango with green tea and passion fruit and it was simply delicious and so, so refreshing. Top notch gelato.

One of the few traditional gelato places around with so many vegan flavours. But that's not the only perk - all the vegan options are refined sugar free (sweetened with fructose) AND the serves are massive. For just $7, you can get a large "single scoop" which includes up to three flavours. Pistachio, bacio and cookie is a great combo.

Casa Del Gelato is the perfect gelato place and believe me, I've been to quite a few. I have been going here for over 10 years and the quality has always been high and consistent! The range of flavours is huge and caters to all types of people.

If you're indecisive, you can sample the different flavours and if you still can't decide, never fear because you can select up to 3 - 5 flavours depending on what size cup/cone you get! The portions are extremely generous too so it is fantastic value for money.

All of the flavours are absolutely heavenly, my favourites are choc mint, ferrero, pistachio, tiramisu, cookie crumble, wild cherry and lychee. Seriously, try this place; it is the absolute best in Melbourne.

Definitely the best icecream I have ever had. May not look as fancy as the other icecream places, honestly the best tasting icecream and gelato - you will not be disappointed!
