Rarely ever give five stars. Despite the prices (higher than other hotpot), it gets 5 stars for excellent service, tasty food and great offerings - they gave us so much free little takeaway snacks! Incredible attention in service very friendly, as it was our first time there. Lots of soup bases from which to choose, lots of dishes and meat varieties. Robot delivery of food is cute. Lots of drinks in the menu, and flexible payment options. FYI the toilets are gold standard. Complimentary hair ties to keep your hair out of the soup, glasses cleaners/wipes, and smocks/bibs. Definitely go, if only on special occasions. Not cheap, but so worth it.

Our group of seven had nice hot pot meals. We choose 4 types of soups and variety seafood, meat and vegetables. We all have great dinner and the service is good. Nice atmosphere.
My kid told me this hotpot restruant is worldwide chains. It should be. The taste, the people and the food.

Went in on a whim and was not disappointed.

Food was tasty, and the servers were friendly and helpful.

The server in charge of our table was super helpful and explained exactly how to order and what soup bases were savoury and what bases had more of a sweet taste, she also took the time to explain about the sauce and dessert bars that you can use for $7 extra pp and that we had come after 9pm and they were running a promotion of a free beer which was a nice touch.

We ordered the spicy milk broth, marinated pepper beef tongue, marinated beef, pork belly and a potato swirl (spicy).

My friends 1st visit to HaiDiLao. They are throughly impressed with the variety of soups, sauces, ingredients. The dance that accompanied the pulling of noodles was a bonus. Our server Paul was fabulous and his recommendation was spot on. We will be returing again.

Haidilao is an experience that one should probably go to celebrate achievements or congrats on surviving in this rough world. I highly recommend the martial noodles where they will dance with the noodles. The staff are attentive and the food is a good representation of Chinese hot pot. They too have multiple deals and I recommend calling to check. They generally have deals in the later nights for people that feel peckish at night.

This is the best catch up place! Service is really good and all the staff is so friendly. We come here ALL the time. Tomato and three delicacy is the must-get soup. I love all the toys and gifts they give as well.

Aria and jasper were very good with service and good environment. We received cute free gifts from saying Haidilao secret code. Was a fun experience!

The food is consistently good and it's better than Panda Hotpot in my view. The new dessert bar is an absolute treat. These traditional shows is added bonus.

I always love coming here for special occasions because the atmosphere and customer service is immaculate. The other night I went for my friend's birthday and Camille who was looking after our table was very sweet and kind. She always made sure we had everything we needed and were happy with the service! I'd love to be served by her again 💕

This is the best hotpot restaurant I’ve ever been in Melbourne, I would definitely go back the next time. Both the food and quality is extremely good, definitely recommend if you need to celebrate your birthday! I would also like to thank lulu, she is very kind and is very enthusiastic in helping us. Had a lovely early dinner here today. Food is great, service was fantastic, even my baby had a great time dinning and playing here as well. It is kids friendly and the staff are very kind in looking after my baby. I was seating at table 20, thank you for the staff looking after us this afternoon.

This hot pot restaurant is very popular with its services.. they provide free manicure and gift.. even singing with display Happy Birthday. The foods are delicious with quick service. They are very generous with the quantity. Staffs are superb and polite. It is a hit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Thank you!

Its my very first time to visit Hai Di Lao after its been there for awhile ago. I was treated like an emperor 🤣 a heap of freebies ( popcorn, chips, snacks and ice creamss) and a merchandise of instant noodle bowl ? were given once i arrived. The waitress was super lovely, taught us how to order and prepared those secret haidilao recipe sauce for us. Apron a.k.a adult bib was given to us, just in case too yummy and we spilled on ourselves 🤣.

Food was decent. Must have the tomato soup base. Super toooomaeetoo. If you’re a tomato lover. Highly recommended . If you’re not, the pepper soup base is good too. We had wayyy too many food ( shrimp paste is a must to order) . Lucky us when we make the payment, we ‘re in happy hour and get 30% off for the total bill. !

Overall . I had a great experience.
Would definitely get back there. And can’t wait to celebrate my birthday with them ( sing me a birthday song)
