Delicious food, cool place and great service! I ordered the Fattoush Salad. It was delicious, came on a generous portion and the chicken was super juicy and flavorful. The Aperol was refreshing and on point !!! The atmosphere and the personal was beautiful. Don’t miss out this gem in Melbourne !!!

Walking through the arcade and was warmly welcomed at the front entrance by the owner. Staff really friendly even though it was very busy. One person constantly cleaning down tables.

Only downside was today was muggy but an internal fan kept us cool.

Meal servings is huge and tasty.. real Italian style cooked food….WOW… well recommended

The chicken schnitzel at Eliana Lulu is an absolute delight. The crispy golden crust perfectly coats the tender and juicy chicken inside. The portion size is generous, and it's served with delicious sides that complement the dish perfectly.

The food has lots of flavours and great presentation. We dropped in for breakfast and everything was good, and I left feeling good. The staff were attentive and twice asked us if we needed anything. The atmosphere was very good, with an excellent wall mural that set a great tone.

The food here is amazing. Wonderful friendly staff too. It's a bit more expensive than I'm used to but it's good quality for what you get. Our food was a bit late but she gave us complimentary soft drinks to make up for it.

I saw the negative reviews about the store owner, we did not come across her today, but the floor staff were lovely.

Hands down the best paella I’ve ever had. Paella rice was richly flavoured, chewy and moist (unlike the dry and hard rice in most other places). The prawns were well seasoned and bursting with flavour, squid was tender and fresh. Nothing was under or overdone, absolutely stunning 💯

This is my to go to brunch cafe in the laneway. Been here 2019 and 2024. I love their food, generous portion, love the coffee too, the atmosphere, the foot traffic. It just has a vibe.

Excellent little cafe in Centre Place. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was great.

Osvaldo, the guy who greeted us at the entrance, was super friendly, he made us feel at home. giving us the space we needed and providing great service. The food is also exquisite, we ordered two risottos and two carbonara pastas. Fair prices where they are.

I haven't been to Melbourne in years and Finding a place to eat wasn't easy, as there are so many places to try. I heard the coffee was good in Melbourne & really wanted it to be true. My Partner and I loved the atmosphere and it's down a side lane way which I highly recommend to sit along the bench with stools to eat.
The owner Denise treated us like we were family and it was such an amazing experience. I had a big breakfast and I could not fault a thing, they even swapped out something I didn't want with no hassles.
My partner had the fresh home made chicken schnitzel with Mushroom sauce and they pan fry their schnitzel. It was probably our favourite thing about our trip apart from The Matildas winning. If you get a chance come here for sure. I'm really glad we didn't read the reviews first because our experience was not even close to those.
If I could give this place more stars I definitely would. Thanks Denise and we will definitely see you again ✌❤

My wife and I drive to Melbourne from Wollongong a couple of times a year and ALWAYS make this our stop for breakfast. The French toast is the best. Love the atmosphere and the hustle of the alley. Service was prompt and friendly. See you next time.

Perfect place for a wet winters breakfast in the big smoke. Ordered long black, latte and scrambled eggs to share. Couldn’t not fault anything with everything to above par quality. Lovely service and left with smiles on our faces. Well recommend!

Lovely restaurant, the owner is very attentive and creates a good atmosphere. I had the breakfast bruschetta which was delicious!
