Sushi Sushi Eastland 1 (near woolworths)

8/5/2022 Went to the downstairs location which was just closing and was politely redirected to the 2nd floor location which was open and well stocked. Staff were efficient and friendly even though they were very busy. Purchased cooked tuna & cucumber and crispy chicken hand rolls which were excellent as always. Was very impressed with the small bag they were packed in. A great improvement from the usual disposable plastic trays! That alone ensures sushi sushi will be my preferred choice. Well done!

Today's friendly staff in Eastland food court made fresh sushi for my partner as she is pregnant. They also provided extra ginger for her. Sushi was excellent! Thanks guys!

Decent sushi but pricey

Sushi Sushi, a company as big as you should consider getting wasabe packets since its 2019 and such things exist. Also train your staff in customer service, and after training them monitor them if they are implementing what was taught in the training. Rudeness to customers - NOT COOL!

7:40 pm, June 28, Level 2 Foodcourt at Eastland.

Bought a Seafood salad (7.50) for takeaway. I asked if I could have some wasabe. Staff gave me some on those tiny dipping plates. I asked staff if she can cover it or maybe give me some thats in the little packet since its for a takeaway.

She said "No. We only have that."

This without a hint of a smile or apologies or anything that tells me this staff had customer service training. That's why next time I will go straight to Shushi Hub.

I asked for sushi without eggs due to allergies, lady gave me 3 sushis. One bite, and I realised there was mayo in them. Suspicious, I returned to ask it there was egg in mayo, lady rudely refunded the money and said they won't serve me anymore because they don't know what's in the sushi. She was very visibly annoyed at me.

Poor forms. Getting worst.
Cutting down the cost? Hardly any salmon in the hand rolls...hardly any fillings for the majority of the rolls. The price has gone up but the quality and quantity has been down graded. They make them look like theres a fair amount of fillings in the display...but when u actually pick up the roll and check the other end where the fillings in not even all the way.
Go some where else for lower price and better quality. There is better places

Bad and rude staff!!!
Bought 20 sushi rolls and wanted to charge me 20c more for sauce apparently that's company policy that I never heard before.
Never again am I buying here.
Keep away save yourself the troubles.

Sushi sushi Eastland ground floor. Rude. The customer server had no smile, and looked like she couldn't be bothered assisting me. When I said thank you at the end, no response (verbally or through body expression).

The staff is rude. We need 8 inari for the kids and she only got 3. She told us need 15min if you can wait(with unfriendly face). Guess what?! And we waited 20 minutes and they still not making it!!! Their attitude like eat what we have prepared.

Food was terrible and service also terrible.
I order spicy ramen but food was not spicy.
I asked to them for reason and they said
They don’t want to make spicy. If I want eat spicy I need to put chili flake.
Anyway food was not Japanese ramen, it just Chinese noddle.
Strange and terrible food.
Don’t go this place.
