Opening hours are not reliable. Rushing in the rain to the shop to do a return after work. Arrived half an hour earlier than the closing time only to found the door is already locked with two staff inside. Despite another stranger and I trying to wave at them and get in they refused to let us in. I do like this brand a lot and the staff are usually friendly, but this experience wad very disappointing and doesn’t match up.

My partner purchased a Reiss dress, wore it once, took it to a professional dry cleaner as per the attached instructions and then this happened... I've contacted Reiss multiple times regarding this material fault however they refuse to acknowledge that there is any issue with their product and have demonstrated no interest in finding a resolution.

I’ve spent thousands and thousands at REISS. Everything from coats, jackets, suits and summer shirts and business shirts. But never again am I buying white business shirts, 2x have ripped at the elbow in the exact same spot, shocking for a $160 shirt from memory. Only bought them 2 year ago. Should not happen. I’ve had the two shirts stitched up and after another year I’ve given up.
