KOOKAÏ Melbourne Central

I went into the level two store at Melbourne central yesterday and I had the best service by all the workers. I’m pretty sure the girl that served me name was Maya and she was so helpful and nice. She gave me some options on what she thought I would look good in and what sizes and colours suited me which was so helpful. Maya made it a very good experience over all :)

Kookai Emporium is located on Level 2, next to the walkway that connects to Melbourne central shopping centre.

The storefront and windows look great. The interior is bright and well laid-out. Soft lighting and huge mirrors feature in each changing room.

The store can get pretty busy and you sometimes have to wait to try on clothes, and pay. Staff are also pretty friendly and will get you new items from the back of the store if you ask.

Staff members are so pretty and lovely. I didn't buy anything that day, but the immediate greetings and offers for assistance from two different staff while I was browsing was a delight. Incredibly proactive. The store organisation and layout is so aesthetically pleasing too. Having received shocking services from other stores, I feel inclined to give positive reviews for excellent services that I receive where I go. Kookai Emporium is certainly the cream of the crop.

Kookai Emporium is a beautiful store with amazing staff. Today I was assisted by Millie, who helped me select a blazer for my daughter. Not only did she model several of them for me, she also offered styling tips and then steamed the one I was taking! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, Millie, for your outstanding customer service :) The blazer is perfect!

Sophie is a star, she gave me so many options and sizes to try on just to find the perfect dress for me. Ladies in Melb Central are all nice and lovely.

All the girls there were lovely but particular shoutout to Jazz. She immediately made me feel welcome, and selected multiple dresses to pick from. I find I can get quite self-conscious around Kookai employees because they’re stunning but Jazz made me feel good about myself. Not in the fake ‘you look great’ way, but just listening to me and finding solutions. I’d go back to her in a heartbeat.

Quality of their material is the best for my skin. Never have I ever worn clothes so soft and gentle on my skin. I own a big collection of Kookai clothes specifically for this reason. Also, staffs at Melb Central are very helpful and warm/welcoming :) and flexible with change of minds/size swap which is a big plus wherever I buy online and not happy with my purchase I can go to them to get a voucher or pick something different.

I just wanted to say how AMAZING Jemima was in her customer service. She went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for me that I was desperate for and put them on hold for me. Thank you so much Jemima, you’re a gem

This is my first time walking into both store at MC & Emporium , customer service was great and very helpful. The only thing I dun like was the staff dressing too over revealing showing too much, is this the way to showcase your product I dun think so.

Amazing, friendly and attentive staff (they're also super pretty). Super cute clothes if you need stuff for the office or special occasions. Definitely will come again!

What a nicely laid out store. Christina went above and beyond to find the leather jacket I was after on sale at another store and she did not give up. Very rare to get this kind of service nowadays. So highly appreciated though
