Fasting blood test at Melbourne Pathology at Blackburn Road today 19 Oct 2023. The staff HAMDA was very nice & good in taking blood for test. She is casual staff. I hope to see her again in the future

Got my Blood test done here today. Didn't feel a thing! Amazing. The nursing staff were friendly, pleasant and fast. Well done. I love the 1970s retro look too.

No respect for people whatsoever, every person takes about 20 to 30 minutes, we waited 2 hours on a Saturday, people should not suffer if greedy Sonic health happy to pay more to pathology collectors during afterhours

Tried to book in an appointment for BP monitor, person i spoke to from MP was incredibly rude and abruptly told me "you are not a local, go to your local". My local GP is in East Doncaster. For someone who works at a health business you would think turning away people who have health issues would never happen.

Worst customer service. Don’t go! My wife visited this MP centre for pregnancy blood test. It was shocking they refused to do the test because they “only accept the blood tests from their own clinic”. Shame on your poor service and bad attitude to customers.

Reception staff are rude. Came a month ago and then again today and receptionist was rude and changed the process and got angry with me for not knowing. Its not Melb Path staff, its the clinic staff.
