Customer service from Luke at Adelaide City GWM was great. Even though there were delays with finance, he was very patient and understanding. The car (Jolion Ultra 2023 in Azure Blue) has been excellent so far.

Sam was great, he showed us everything we needed in the test drive and made the purchase and trade in super simple. Then was great when we went to pick the car up and set up a few things in the car to make life with a new car even easier. Explained all the new safety features and the purpose of them in a way that made sense for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

After shortlisting a couple of vehicles thought of doing a test drive of the H6GT, left an inquiry online and recieved an instant message from Jaye to book an appointment the next morning.
Jaye was extremely professional and let us ask as many q's and he was more than happy to answer.

Although there was an unexpected delay in delivery due to the VIN issue, I'm glad they resolved the issue as soon as they could and made the delivery happen within just 2 months of booking the vehicle. Great doing business with you guys.

My partner enquired over the phone about the Haval H6 GT ultra, as we had been to another Haval dealership & didn't get much service. He spoke with Jaye LeRaye from Adelaide City GWM Haval. Who was helpful & had the colour in stock I wanted. Unfortunately we had to sell our present vehicle at the time before buying. Jaye called my partner every couple of days to see how we were going as the colour I wanted was selling fast. We sold our vehicle & put the deposit on the vehicle with Jaye on the Friday. We went in on the Saturday to look at the demo. Jaye was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & went over everything I wanted to know. We picked our new car up the following Thursday again Jaye went though everything in depth with me & my partner. I discovered the next day I couldn't get the maps to work from my phone, called Jaye to ask. He tried to assist but it wasn't coming up, he said if I was in the area today to pop by & he would check it out for me. Went to the dealership Jaye come straight out & fixed the settings on my phone.
Jaye is one of, if not the best sales person I have dealt with. He was not pushy & he was honest about wait times & stock availability. His after sales service was great & follow up to make sure we were happy with our purchase was great.

Everything was excellent. Sam was the best man to deal with, I will always recommend friends to go to you & ask for Sam. I was shopping for. Datsun 120Y….but somehow , he talked me into buying a Lamborghini Haval !! I really love my new spaceship on wheels!
