We have been travelling for 12 months and I really needed to replace my scratched glasses. Dropped in to Mildura Optical to see if they had a free appointment - they had one the very next day. The Optometrist was very good and listened patiently to my long history. Two working days later I received a text to say they were ready. Honestly, we were expecting a 2 week wait for the appointment and another 1 - 2 weeks for the glasses. So happy with my new glasses. Thanks to the great staff for excellent service.

I would like to thank Dr Basma and Steph at the front desk for their fantastic care after initially diagnosing me to possibly have Shingles on Saturday April 10, 2021, which in fact was correct. Their care and service to get me in to see a Dr straight away was fantastic. I am so thankful to you both for your care which was brilliant.

We found some/most of the employee's to be disrespectful & unprofessional!,

The woman with the slightly dread locked hair style that served us the first day we went there 'was rude & unprofessional!,

The guy we think was the Boss/Manager by the name of Rob or Ron!?,
'We think it was Rob from memory!,
'He spoke to us like we were rubbish!,

The ONLY member of staff that we found to be professional was the shorter guy with the glasses ,who was very respectful , professional , & helpful at all time's!.,

'Mildura Optical should keep him on as a employee & give the man a pay rise,because its about the only good that they have going for them!.,

Some very average attitude's coming from a very average business!.,

Speak to Customer's better folk's , aspecially Rob 'as your skill's in that area are very much lacking!.,

KEEP AWAY from them I was going to Mildura for 20 years made a round trip of 600 Klms each time, then they made a wrong prescription i could not see and my eyes ached. I tried to get used to the 2 lots of lenses and one new frame i got from them all were , for work, good and everyday. paid $2297 but my eyes were just as painful Went back and they said well you needed stronger glasses so you needed a bigger frame. So all that money was wasted, I was so desperate to improve my sight I paid for another frame and 2 sets lenses which they put the same wrong script in. Second cost $1415 after 3 trips to Mildura as when i went the first time after appointment the optometrist was absent. After the 3ed visit my eyes were just as painful and eventually I went to OPSM in Griffith and discovered Mildura Optical had given me the wrong script because as soon as i got new glasses from them I could see properly and also discovered i had cataracts in both eyes with Mildura optical had not notices. I also noticed that the equipment from Mildura seemed out of date as OPSM was far more extensive. Mildura also refused to refund me for all the trips i made there due to their fault They ripped me off $2297 included the 3 special return trips 1800 klms. They knew they did the wrong thing when they realised i should have got bigger frames in the first place instead of letting me purchase 3 lots of lenses and new new frames which they later realised they should have known about. I did have dry eyes but that was their excuse, I left one of the faulty pair with them as i considered them rubbish but still have another one of the faulty ones including a rimless pair. They can't even find a copy of the itemised visit
