Travelling around Australia and our son broke his glasses. Called into Eyecare Sunraysia, helpful friendly staff got us new frames overnight. Very grateful for their help letting us continue our travels as planned.

Great atmosphere

Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment to get prescription sunglasses. Only to be told that Rayban and Oakleigh are still being unboxed and that they will be available in one week. Second appointment a week later staff was rude and spoke about me to each other as if I didn’t exist to tell me that sunglasses are still being “unboxed” this time no appointment or rescheduling or whatever. Wasted my time twice, poor treatment of a long time customer since the business was called Stephen Jones and no service whatsoever. I am getting my glasses from Melbourne at least it will be cost effective.
