They use good quality materials they make there homes look good compared to the big builders I would give them a 10 out of 10. They also pack a load of extras at a fixed price.

Avoid at all costs. Engaged them to build a house. Has major building defects and they refuse to answer my calls and emails. Still trying to seek resolution.

Unfortunately I used this builder and there are major defects with the property we are trying to get resolved.
