Bras N Things Chadstone

Thank you so much to Briley for helping me out today! I’ve never experienced better service from anyone when shopping for lingerie. She was so attentive and helpful! Highly recommend visiting this store!

I had an amazing experience there. That's how every woman should feel when shopping for bras in particular. I was served by Christina I believe who is also the store manager. Giving five stars and saying great customer service doesn't come close to a fair description of my experience. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely patient even when I was being resistant. She kept on offering me different options so that I had enough to choose from She answered all my questions and explained things patiently. And if that wasn't enough she was the only one in the store serving me and other customers graciously and when the store closed and I was still there She continued to help me and I pretty much got a VIP treatment. I could go on and on how great my experience there was...go there you won't be disappointed at all.

I've been feeling really insecure in my bras recently and thought I would spoil myself to a more expensive bra, went in and tried on a few to find my usual didn't fit anymore. One of the lovely ladies (I didn't catch her name unfortunately!) checked on me in the change rooms and immediately picked out a different size.... and it was perfect! With one glance she knew the problem and grabbed some cute styles in my proper size and I ended up leaving with two, and feeling amazing! Really appreciate it, they do a great job.

Kiah was great - listened to what I wanted & took the time to find me what I needed. She was very insistent on ensuring it fit properly and that I was comfortable.
I’ve hated buying bras for years & it’s only since going into Bras n Things that I’ve started feeling comfortable again but it does depend on the person helping you. Luckily Bras n Things seem to have lovely staff like Kiah.

The staff are excellent. Steph, in particular, was super friendly and kind. With her help I found what I needed even though I walked into the store being clueless about what would look flattering on my body type. She was patient with me and went the extra mile to cater my needs. Had a wonderful experience in this store. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I was fitted on Sunday by a lady named Alexis/Alexa. Absolutely wonderful service, I had never been fitted before and she made me very comfortable. Really appreciate your service!

Wanna give special thanks to the sales girl Ellie at Chadstone store whose support was incredible to the customers. Patient and caring, never hesitated to help out finding the perfect match for me even when I had to try about 10 items. Appreciate her attitude to work.

A BIG thank you to Alexis with her assistance on bra fitting! It's lovely to have such caring help and explaining what we are looking for and making minor adjustment with fantastic results! And I love knowing that my money was well spent!

I can’t explain how amazing the customer service of these girls was. Specially Angie, I walked in not knowing what I wanted and was quite overwhelmed from all the other stores, but walked out with two gorgeous sets thanks to this girl 💕

I was helped by the lovely Emily in the fitting room, she did an amazing job and I could tell that she genuinely loved her job! Despite it being Black Friday she was still super attentive and helpful, thank you so much!

There is a salesgirl here by the name of Sura. So polite and friendly. Helped us fit the bras perfectly while also attending to three other customers. Never got flustered. She was amazing!

I have never been fitted for a bra before, and was a little nervous going in. One of the lovely sales assistants approached me to ask if I needed any assistance and promptly showed me to a fitting room, introduced me to their bra fitter and instantly made me feel relaxed and welcome.
The lady who fitted me was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and put me completely at ease. She helped me find a bra that fits well, is comfy, and wonderful for everyday wear that is also gorgeous on it's own, which is a first for my 12E self.

First she took some measurements over my clothes and asked about style/budget preferences.
Then she brought back a few different sizes in a basic style to assess fit.
She gave me privacy to try them on, and then checked the band, straps and cup fit.
Once she had the size established she asked about any comfort and movement concerns, and then brought me some different cup shapes in different styles.
There was not a single second of the experience where I felt uncomfortable or awkward.

Surprisingly, I ended up going with a plunge style, something I have never even considered before now because of the 'less secure' element, however the bra moves with my body better and gives a much nicer shape (even under plain tshirts) than any other tshirt/full cup style I have ever tried.
It is so worth getting a fitting done, because you might be surprised with what you discover, and I just can not recommend this store enough!
