Sharyn was tasked with the daunting job of repairing my 30 year old BBQ which I initially thought was destined for the garbage tip. She knew her stuff and fixed it in a jiffy, using innovative methods to get the job done. She was friendly, professional and bang on time. I highly recommend BBQS R US for all your bbq needs.

Went in to get parts for an obsolete unit and well, the knowledge, helpfulness, availablity of impossible to get parts was such a pleasant surprise!! Good old-fashioned service to boot. Great people to deal with. Thanks, I will be back.👍👍

Our Xmas was cancelled last minute, so I asked the kids what would make a good Xmas? They said everything cooked over charcoal. I rang bbqs-r-us about 15mins before they closed and they stayed open for me to get charcoal.

Old fashioned service, had quite a few back and forth emails with Amanda, she was always polite and provided all the information efficiently. Once i paid, Amanda ordered the bbq on the Monday and 2 days later for an interstate delivery it was here! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Amazing service from Steven, followed up my enquiry within a few hours and gave great advice.

Was looking every where for a Hark Big Boss LPG smoker for Christmas and no one could get one in before early next year.
Ordered one online from these guys and it was delivered with in 3 hours in believably fast and all packaged safe and easy to unload on a pellet

Amazing service from all the staff at BBQs R Us. Made an enquiry on their website, got an email with their super sharp pricing the next day, and the bbq got delivered that same day. Everyone was awesome to deal with, and to get such quick service, especially during lockdown, is nothing short of amazing. Could not reccomend these guys highly enough.
