Ausin Bathroom & Kitchen

This is a belated review from last year. We renovated during the lockdown period and Jenny was very helpful in many ways. We purchased 3 Toto toilets & a mirror cabinets and have been very happy with the quality. They were easy to communicate with and I found them always being honest and senisble. We accidentally ordered a wrong product and she tried her very best to sort it out for us without charging us extra. Will be a return happy customer :)

Gud brands and prices

The product what delivered to my home is extremely different from what we expected. Sale-man told us it’s brush nickel, but it’s super different from normal brush nickel project. Very disappointing! It’s easier to tell the difference between the colour of shower item and mixer item on the photo. Bad experience. Be careful!

They are not patient with potential clients. So Rude and dishonest! The price not cheap, compare with other bathroom hardware shop in Blackburn.

A dodgy bathroom shop. They selling used product to customer. And the price is not cheap , add extra 10% on top of the retail price, When I small bathroom hardware from them.

The timber is bad quality. Don’t recommend!!!
