Unfortunately not a great example of customer service at all. Unable to get any kind of response relating to results which defeats the purpose of making an appointment and going to a specialist in the first place. They do not even respond to requests from GP's after giving consent to release records. Not sure how they maintain any patients.

Don't go there! Dr Du Plooy seemed ok, took tests and said to ring within the week for results. Four weeks and 7 phone calls later still can't get a response. Front desk lady is condescending and rude, and when i expressed some frustration after 7 calls she told me to go elsewhere and hung up.
Highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
