I started using Personalised Tax Services on the recommendation of a friend who was absolutely correct that they are an excellent business! Billy is friendly, professional, timely, efficient, he patiently answers all my tax-illiterate questions and has continued to be a great communicator since the first meeting. He came up with ways for me to improve my tax return that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. They also very kindly let me reschedule my first appointment last minute when a work emergency came up and did so with a smile.
