Hertz car rental is available immediately after you come out from the exist gate and ready to collect your checked in luggage. These car are available after taking immediate left turn. Fast pickup and key delivery to at the counter. Staff is very supportive and helpful.

We had a great time with the FORD EVEREST we got. The drop off return was so easy. It's a short walk to the Departures and most of it is covered also from the weather.

Ben and Jay from HERTZ Launceston Airport were terrific. A mixup had occurred with our baby car seat bookings from a booking agency and the car seat was booked to be installed as frontward facing instead of rearward facing. Jay did all he could to organise someone to help out and even asked if Ben could come in.

Ben came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help us out. Absolutely no obligation for him to do that but he did and reinstalled the car seat and even switched it up for a better one.

Take it from myself and my wife, when you’re stressed after a long day of driving, waiting and flying with a 9 month old, this is the kind of service that helps you end the day on a real happy note.

Thanks again for the help Ben and Jay. You guys set the tone for what real customer service is about and putting it beyond just business and being about truly helpful to someone in a pickle.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service.

We booked our campervan through discovery campervans and had to take a Taxi to pick it up near the airport. The guy that served us at Hertz was both professional and funny. Pickup was quick and easy. The camper had everything we needed including a little blow heater which heated up the van quick. Price was good too considering we dropped the camper off at Hobart. Totally recommend

I must say thank you to the manager and the stuff at the rental location at Launceston airport. They were nice, helpful and I can just highly recommend them. They answered all my questions and made my Tasmania even better than expected. Also the price match didn`t end up in an endless discussion, they excepted the lower price of a competitor and beat their price by 10% as annouced on the website.

Thanks again to the whole team in Launceston! You made our Tasmania trip unforgettable and I will refer everyone who is travelling to Tasmania to you guys.
